I have known Peter for almost 30 years and regard him as one of my closest friends - I can categorically state that he leads by example. He does get up every morning (when most of us are asleep) He does all of those things and much more :)

Thank you for your comment. I've only just started my journey with Peter and he's team but I have felt amazing since, very interesting person.

    Oh.
I think I will change something in my morning routine, except for coffee and my vape. I am also an early riser. It’s the most beautiful part of the day.
Especially if you can watch the sun rise and feel happy. Nothing beats that. It’s pure joy of being awake and alive in this beautiful universe.

Nice routine! One thing I especially love is your ritual saying the night before: "I forgive everybody for everything". Gonna start making use of that one 👌

That is HUGE!!! I started doing that a couple of weeks ago, and a lot of my physical pain disappeared along with my emotional pain!!! It's seemed like a miracle, but I believe miracles are normal! I was surprised though!

I have 2 signs above the coat hook on the back of my front door sign 1 says don't waste your thoughts and the 2nd says happy hat, so basically I'm making a decision to choose to walk out happy and with good thoughts.

yeah, I did have my morning ritual for more than 10 years. Morning meditation, walking or jogging, drink apple cider juice or lemon juice, no breakfast or coffee, just water. read ebooks and listen to audio books, I just enroll your USM mentorship program 2 weeks ago. Need to review and upgrade my morning ritual routines.

Amazing and very inspiring! I’ve just watched one of your TED talks and found it extremely insightful - after experiencing some personal trauma recently, it has given me some real positivity and I will be reevaluating my morning routines too. The only way is up! Thank you!

Thank you, Peter. This is highly encouraging and motivating. I think I’ll be watching and listening to this many times over to shift my consciousness of what’s possible for me in the morning hours. Right now, I’m doubtful of my ability to get so much done in the short time period you described. Listening to this again will help, I also appreciate the need to make decisions about what I’m going to do and start taking small steps towards it. Thank you! 🙏🏽

Another perspective. When I release attachment to judgement what is there to forgive? Instead of I forgive you, I withdraw judgement of you.

Hello Peter - Thank you for this Video. I recently subscribed to your inspirations via Real Success Summits. You emailed me this video today. It's exactly what I needed to hear and put into practice! Thank you! Thank You! BTW I also have a JRT. He's part of my morning routine and I'm still trying to figure out how not to succumb to his attention grabbing techniques in the morning! My two dogs are the first things I see in the early morning! LOL :) I was one of Vancouver's first Yoga Instructors in the early '80's. A traumatic event happened and my life has been off track for 40 years. I so need to hear your messages. Thank you! BTW: I'm getting back on track ... I purchased your book: Inside Track and will receive it shortly. Can hardly wait. Bye for now. 'Lenna'

    Hi Peter!
Does the order of the rituals matter?
I like the idea of the Passive and Active Meditations, but I find that - since my natural self-expression is physical, I would like to start my rituals with a full body workout consisting of HIIT, Soft and Hard Qigong and then either weights or martial arts, depending on the alternating days.
What is your coaching on that, please?

    • @TheRealPeterSage
      @TheRealPeterSage  7 місяців тому +1

The best order is the one that speaks to you the most, so you are right on track with going with training first. I'd even view it as an active form of mediation. Stay focused. Focused on the intent behind the exercise (your shy for it) focused on connecting with the body, muscles, cardio system, coming from 'being' the exercise rather than 'doing' the exercise and you'll find it sets you up amazingly well for the mediation that follows. Hope that helps! Peter

If you’re not making time for meditation; it’s like you’re too busy trying to chop down a tree with a blunt ax to sharpen the actual blade!

    MORNING RITUAL:
    1. PREPARE NIGHT BEFORE
Thr mood you go to bed in, is thr mood you'll wake in
Ritual saying before bed, "i forgive everyone for everything"
1.2 - set stuff out for AM ritual ex. If workout have gym bag packed, if make breakfast have it set out
    2. Get to 4am-5 am wake up - why ? Thats when brain is at low Alpha (genius) state
3.DONT REACH FOR PHONE - have your own focus instead of subscribing to someone elses agenda
    4. Stretch
    5. Ginger shot, greens hydrate
    6. Meditate - passive ( quiet data streams of physical world & separate self body and mind ). Not making time to meditate is like chopping doen tree with dull blade
    7. Read - spiritual or high end growth
    8. Journal - private capture of deep thoughts
    9. Health - if don't make time for health , make time for illness
    10. Dog walk - listen to positive podcast
    11. Nutrition - juicing / supplements
Now 9am and start day and can look at phone.

Hey Peter, have you looked into the carnivore movement? Don't you find that eating a steak is more tasty, nutritious, aligned with human evolution and physiology (those teeth aren't there just to have something to brush 2x/day :) ) than some green juice?
