    Excellent video, very important to spend time in nature and limit social media use. Also really liked the part about gratitude, many people ignore how blessed they are to have simple things such as water, food, and air conditioning. Wish I could meet you someday!

    My Lifestyle is now being engineered with fulfillment since meeting you Peter! There seems to be little to nothing in my day that I can't REJOICE IN! Oh, that's not to say I don't still have obstacles popping up to confront me But, with exercising my new transformative attitudes of self awareness and çonsciousness allows much calmer waters to sail in this ocean called Life! I've got my tiny basic "HABITS" that are currently on first base to conquer but having a grand time swinging my bat and rounding the bases time and time again! No longer experiencing the frustration of trying so hard to get out of my own way!!!! Stay tuned, they will be calling me up to pinch hit cause the bases are loaded here pretty soon! A great big THANK YOU from the depths of my heart to Wonderful YOU!❤

    I meditate from time to time but almost never before sleep. Lately I been having trouble sleep like struggle to fall to sleep and waking up multiple times at night. Last night before bed I did mediated for 15 min followed by 20 min of reading and result was mind blowing! I fall in sleep pretty quick, haven’t had no troubles through the night and woke up in perfect time to start my day. My new morning routine now is waking up between 3 - 5 am doing 15 min of mediation, started gratitude list as well. After that it’s time for 25 min of reading, drinking half litre of water while doing about an hour of gym then having nice nutritious breakfast and I’m ready to smash the day. 😁
    Thank you Peter, I’ve lost track for a minute but your works put me back in the right direction again!

    Great 10 Daily Habits! Apparently, I am already a Beast in more areas. I do a lot of what has been suggested; however, they are not perfected and I am working on them! The 4 areas I that I need to focus on are: Delay Instant Gratification; Make Good Micro-Decisions; Use Emotions Intelligently, and
    Pay Myself First! I am aware of the areas I need to work on, and I have started to do the work…I am pacing myself not to be overwhelmed and stressed-out what I have to do to change my life.💞

    Most intriguing habit learned is making good micro decisions and program yourself to avoid falling back into law of conformity. Which us what the top 5% practice to achieve and maintain success. All of these habits are key to obtaining a higher level of awareness and success. Thank you! ❤💯

    I’m going to do these things starting now but I desperately need help. I fell 35 feet from a tree two and a half years ago 8 months ago my wife suddenly died of a heart attack things are not well with me I’m not dealing with things well. I can’t work in the fields I have in my past life (that’s what I’m calling it now anyway) due to my injuries yet I’ve been denied SSID benefits 3 times now and am waiting on an appeal. I have 2 teenage girls to try and take care of and so far I’m having a hard time doing so. I don’t want anything for free but I also have no money at this time. I just want to become the person I know is trapped inside me.
