In this video We Go to our Local Mobile Home Lot. Dream Homes of Hazard, Ky. After talking to the owner he was kind enough to let us video on his lot! This video is us doing a full walkthrough Tour of this Norris by Clayton homes 28x80 Double wide. This is a full drywall model and is one of the most expensive homes on his lot! The price on this one is $139,900.00. He guarantees that he beats any Clayton dealers price!

I have noticed they are getting away from putting slats in the way and actually doing full drywall. That is great!

That is a great price I love the den with an exit door perfect for a carport or garage and 1 off the kitchen perfect for a patio or deck.

Very nice home Jonathan. I like these type of videos as well as your construction videos. I liked the flat ceilings over the cathedral ceilings. Ours has the cathedrals with popcorn finish, ughhh.
Yeh I definitely like the flat ceilings better! My double wide is flat ceilings 8’ tall but it is stomped finish.
Looking at this model here in Southern California. It’s has an optional 5th bd. The base price here for the 4bd is 189,000.

Like full wallboard…but this one is too big…about 1400 to 1600 SF would be plenty…
It was very big. Our home is 1500 square feet
