Which is the best underlay for solid floor? And do I need to lay any other item with underlay for damp proofing ?

Hi there, Part 2 covers the recommended underlay for solid wood flooring at timestamp 0.31. It's recommended to use an adhesive as the joints can come loose more easily - bit.ly/3Do1yOm

For damp proofing, you can use a damp proof membrane.
