Hey kid, I am 41 yrs old, had my own construction/carpentry/handiman biz for 10yrs. I been doing construction here and there, since I was 8 yrs old with a total of almost 20yrs. experience. You cant even be 20yrs old barely if you are. I only wish I would have done what you are doing!! keep up the good work man. Thank you for the epic informative content!!
Love the content! I actually just did my first quote on an exterior cleaning and it's looking really good! Hopefully I'll land the work and can pay for your course! Up till now, just been watching your stuff along with Justin and Aaron to get this business started! Thanks so much!
You have great content for beginners like myself but the question I have can you powerwash year round? I live in New England and our weather is all over the place. It's Bi-polar 🙊
Glad you're feeling better, wishing you and yours the Very Best! ? - What is your mix ratio for the f9 Barq (or if mixing Ox acid?) that you apply to the window trim? ... And Btw; That discoloration issue would've probably been a "final blow" for me; had I not seen this video! 😱 🤯 Not had great luck in my first few jobs so.... Bless you Isaiah and Thank you so much for sharing that info!! 🙏🙏🙏
What do you do about all those chemicals landing on plants and grass..? also the windows are just getting blasted by all the water and chemicals? you clean the windows after or just leave??
What machine are you using, and hose size. I have the predator 4.2gpm. It has what I think is the down stream injector built in with the option to relocate it up stream. Well I took the original 50ft hose off and put on a new 100 ft yamatic hose. Well not knowing the new hose is small and causing my injector not to work. Soon as I put the original hose back on it starts picking up again. Are you using the downstream port that’s factory built in?
i have a client that wants me to just soft wash the fascia and soffits - painted wood......what do you suggest i use and what should i charge......i assume there is a per sq ft linear charge?
Just bought my equipment. I already have the LLC. I just dont have the customers. I'm excited to do the first job but, I dont even know what to charge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks
Great video. Thank u for taking the time to explain the set up in detail. What kind of material was it that turned orange from the SH? Can u use that oxylic only on certain materials or on anything?
Great videos and thanks for your down to earth and reasonable budget solutions! Just wondering, what kind of solution do you run for washing the roofs? The guys I talk to act like it's a whole different ball game with super strength ultra toxic stuff.
Where do you get all your chemicals from? Do you order online? I moved to a new city and I’m not familiar on anything here so I’m trying to find where I can get chemicals from.
Thanks for the Oxalic acid, f9 Barc mix tip for reversing the SH effect. Do u know why that particular material reacted that way to the SH? just curious so I can know what to look out for in the future, be prepares. Thanks!
Hi, if I want to clean the roof with stronger mix with 3-5 % but as I know that was unable to do with downstream is it? As maximum is 1/10 which make is 1.5% if my sh is 15%, instead of xjet any other way? I don’t have extra money to invest soft wash now, xjet bucket is risky to carry to roof while climbing.
Awesome video! I have one question though. Could you take a look at the Ryobi 2900 psi 2.5 gpm machine and make sure that its built-in downstreamer is ok to use? Thank you for your time and your awesome video!
If I could say something to you. It’s not opinion about downstreamibg being faster and more efficient! It’s a fact! X jet is a waste of time and inefficient! Great video
What did you make off this job doing the roof, house, and deck (if you wouldn't mind)? I'd be interested to know so I can use it as an example of how to price my jobs.
I normally don’t share prices on UA-cam because it’s too many factors. But charged a total of $645 and it took 2.5 hours to complete including recording.

Yes it’s important to prewet untreated wood before spraying your mix

So in the bucket do you put only SH, or do you do a diluted mixture? I’m new and just a little confused so I’m trying to learn. I appreciate any help
Can I get the product link of the oxalic or F9 and what your dilution for the window trim is?
Good stuff, how'd you clean the deck??
If you have to wash a house concrete wooden fence do you use all the same mix and if not how do you go about changing your mix up
One question if you applied that SH on the roof was it mixed with water already what percentage of sh did you use on the roof and sidings. Thank you!

Where do you get all your chemicals from? Do you order online? I moved to a new city and I’m not familiar on anything here so I’m trying to find where I can get chemicals from.
Do you have to worry much about over spray killing vegetation?
Can you add soap on pure SH so the house wont smell like chlorine?
So when you treat the roof, you don’t rinse it off?
Where did you get the spray that you got when siding turn orange
When downstreaming with a 4400 psi 4.0 gpm, would you recommend a M5DS twist nozzle or a ball valve, if either one is necessary?
Hi mate, my customers moan about the residue left on the windows. So now I'm forced to clean the windows as well. How about you ?

Correct but you can slightly dilute it if you’d like
when you downstream 12.5 what does that decrease the percentage to?
Quick question what garden hose and pressure washing hose did you use back when you had the 2.5 gpm machine?Good video btw
Did you we the grass before downstreaming
what is the cleaning solution in the bucket?
