Love your videos it’s helped my replace the whole front suspension on my jeep but I need to know how you got to the rear bolt on the front driver side upper control arm because I have a steering column in my way and I need to know if I have to take that out in order to get that last bolt
Ahhh... THAT's where I went wrong! U hafta take tha nut COMPLETELY off, and then threadit back on, B4 bonkin the knuckle down, or the bolt just spins. Even when I put a 10mm wrench on the end'a tha bolt to holdit in place, I ran outta bolt b4 tha nut broke free, n ended-up havin to cut the bolt and replace both upper control arms. Same issue on install, till I figured out that I needed to jack the lower arm up, n pry down on the upper control arm, to create tension on the ball joint, to allow me to torque the nut. Only constructive criticism I might offer is to warn of the potential "gotchas", such as I experienced, as many of us know nothin more than we learned from your vid... ;)
i need to change mine. I can do the passenger side but i cant get to the bolt on the driver side. If some how i do manage there is no way to torque it. I may have to get someone to do that side.

Do you have any tips on the driver side? Can’t seem to get to the rear bolt on the upper control arm!
Didn't show that dreaded driver side upper control arm
Do you have a video how to remove a front control arm lower ? Your videos are so good and clear.
Great timing on this video. I literally just bought new UCAs from A1 Auto and will install them next week. Thanks!

@@TRQ ok thank U
Do the driver side and see if it’s that easy :)
Exactly. They show us the easy side and not the side im actually gonna have difficulty with
Dude you sound like chrisfix
104 pounds? Torque or 140 pounds?
You just torqued it down without having the wheel on the ground? Ouch. Lost a lot of credibility on those moves.
Do the drivers side
