The slight grinding/buzzing sound in the steering column (that can be heard in the video) is the indicator that it is the switch and not the starter itself.
Happens when the switch is slightly engaged or not fully turned. As it gets worse the buzzing happens more often and eventually results in a full no start condition.
@@onesecureone only issue with the Element K24 is that the starter is under the intake manifold and the upper plenum is generally removed to access the starter. With the switch in the Element though, it will generally buzz when it is at fault. It is a pattern failure.

How are you sure it’s not the starter before doing this ??

Or just manually bump or jump the starter from under hood either with hand starter switch or watch more videos how to jump starter from under hood
