    Thank you so much. Finally made a big jump in progress all of a sudden and this is the video that has helped me the most. I would never have thought my axis was so far forward if I hadn't seen your drawings and realised to pay attention to it. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I would love to see a tutorial about back camel. I couldn’t find anything useful in internet. Me and few of my friends (adult skaters) are struggling at the moment with holding the position in that spin. We can get the entrance and that’s it, our left side is going up and throwing us off from the rotation.
    Your tutorial on regular camel was very helpful, thank you!

    is it possible that there’s just a lack of leg strength? i cannot go down that low and support it, off ice or on😢

    • @iskatecoach
      @iskatecoach  9 місяців тому +1

      Absolutely part of it is to strengthen that movement. Find a chair at knee height to start with, that’s a good place to start. Do a teapot/shoot the duck onto the chair and back up a few times if it’s easy find something lower until you can get the depth you’d like. I can do an off ice video for this 👍🏼

      @@iskatecoach yes that’d be amazing!! i also struggle with keeping my foot flat which might just be anatomical, but if you have any tips for that too thatd be so helpful thank you!

      @@iskatecoachi can do a pistol squat off ice but i cant do a sit spin on ice so is this probably just a technique/learning problem why i cant do a sit spin?
