    I notice her back is curved forward which would put pressure on disks of the back and in a heavy one footed position... Normally you want a c lumber curve posteriorly, not anteriorly. I currently have a ton of recurring back pain and think it is related to this. Or is this considered proper form for this move and it is something else?
