Somehow i missed the Kh being exposed preflop. Obviously this means with the Qh you have basically the nuts, so the analysis is a little off obviously. my bad!

Everyone seems to be missing that the outcome was spoiled in the title by the pot amount. Knew he was gonna fold cause we'd reached the size of the pot in the title. If he was going to call that number would have been much bigger.

I think A3 and AA is also part of Romains value range on the river.. He could certainly x those alot on the flop. Mostly gonna be flushes though
Queen of hearts is actually the nut flush here because somebody helicoptered their fold, and the King of Hearts got exposed. I looked through the comments expecting to have seen somebody else mention it, but I didn't see any. Maybe I missed a comment.
So this definitely affects the analysis a bit since you don't have to worry about the King, which I think should make you marginally more likely to want to bet in Romain's spot on the turn.
The title bluff was pretty bad considering you put the pot total in the thumbnail. It was easy to deduce that he wouldn't call
