My goodness. The difference this has made after doing it just once is beyond description. I will be doing this every day for the rest of my life. Thank you SO much. ♥

What he said at the end about feeling worse before you get better is so true. I know this because whenever I do the most simple dry brush I get a viral infection literally the next day.

That’s not a viral infection, that’s a detox symptom. 😊Try taking shilajit before any lymphatic stimulation or rebounding or also you can take 2 Takesumi. These will bind any toxins you release. Take them before any massage or sauna also!❤

I was against the experimental shot but was forced to get it. I'm right-handed, so I took it in the left arm. I got a big lump by the left clavicle. I was concerned, but my doctor wasn't, and didn't offer any suggestions. I'm disgusted by American doctors and dentists. It's all about the money, not the patient's well-being. I prayed before getting injected. The lump eventually went down, but God only knows what bodily damage was done and if it's permanent. I'm so grateful to discover this man.

Yeah, I don’t trust medical doctors or dentist, but I’m punishing myself because I won’t go to a doctor or a dentist and I’m gonna lose my bottom teeth probably because of my own doings.
But if you wanna go to a naturalpath or a functional Dr they’re just as bad because they charge so much money.
This world sucks! The only lucky ones are the rich people that can afford to pay big bucks.

Great discussion. One thing I would like to say is, working on a production line is stress, as quantity, speed and output are measured to decide your pay rate. That will teach you to be anxious when practiced eight hours a day. I have done this in antilock brake systems, cake decorating and more. Production, production, production …one day I asked, “Since when did this become the emergency room?” Profits over human life

    Great information
At my workplace we all have standing desks
Maybe about 150 people on my floor and maybe 5-10 people use their standing desks
I cannot imagine sitting for all 8 hours we’re here
When they get up to walk they are bending forward with aches and pains

I turned the transcript into an outline in the following manner. I copied the text of the transcript of the video. I then gave the following prompt to my preferred AI chat bot (LLM): "Please remove the timestamps from this youtube transcript but preserve the outline structure. Edit for clarity and readability." The text of the transcript was then provided under the prompt.

Watched you on Dr. Mercola today, looked you up right after and now have Subscribed. Starting my journey by hanging out with YOU and your You Tube Videos. Want to ask just one question before: I have just purchased a Power Plate and is this good for getting movement of lymph system???... Purchased this for sciatic nerve and hip pain and when I use it even on the lower setting it sort of increases the pain for the next few days. 74 and feeling that this is not my Golden years and want to progress from this rusty feeling of not being able to move. Thank You for doing what you do. God is certainly using you to help so many people who are suffering. Pain and Suffering does produce a Purpose. You have found Yours.

Some people are so snarky and unhelpful. :(
He said because some people apply too much pressure, and can make themselves pass out because of the carotid artery being in that area.
So, he said you can do both at the same time, just be careful of applying too much pressure :)
They talk about it at around 5:15

    • @katerss

You’re creating a path of least resistance for everything to move and drain. If you don’t begin at the termini, you may stir things up with nowhere to go due to tension/congestion.
