Moving from Germany to Canada let me gain 10kg within a year. I was not eating any less healthy. From what I read, there are so many more ingredients allowed in food here, that was not even allowed in Germany. Maybe it's changed, but I think they led a lot more go through here, especially the ingredients they don't have to list. If you want to get anywhere eat low carb and pure food without any additives. Good fats and protein are great for you.

"#1) can you take probiotics while fasting (36 hr fast) ?" Why would you want to do that? The bacteria needs to get to work and feed upon fibre and vegetables etc. If you are fasting then engage with the benefits of fasting and allow your entire gut to rest.

I too had trouble trying to pee, i now have a catheter so i am safe and i don't have to worry about emptying my bladder. Just thought I'd mention it, this is my experience, it was very important for me to see a doctor, not being able to empty my bladder was very dangerous.

Once I was fasting for one month and three Weeks and the last two weeks I didnt lose weight anymore I am 172 cm long and my weight was at 48 kilos Didnt eat anything but then I gained one kilo so ,I stopped drinking water so I started have pain in my kidneys I was suffering and became so Weak at heart .Had to stopp it because it Caused so much pain but my fasting was about killing myself not for health.Its like my body is stronger than my mind and it was right because I expierinced alot of things that I always wanted to expierince but now when I been through all that I want to fast again to try to kill myself or atleast be free from my needs

Each pill has 1000 IU vitD and 120mcg K2 (natto derived Menaquinone 7). My question is, if I up my vitD, to 6 times, so it's 6000 IU, I'll also be increasing K2 x 6, to 720mgcs. Is there a concern with this? Google suggests 180 max. I wonder if it's better to separate the VitD so I can increase it and not increase K2 dramatically. Thank you!
