I was just thinking what a nice, chill, cool, environment.
What skills? flipping a few things over on a giant griddle for a single order? The short order cook at my local diner could do that and ten other orders without breaking a sweat.
It’s definitely a pretty fun job but sometimes they are extremely busy with their grill, at least some of them.

For those that have never tried A5 Masusaka, it’s very different than your regular US Ribeye. It’s much more buttery and rich in texture and taste.
