    Today we will be doing a short Prenatal Yoga Flow for 3rd trimester to help get the baby into optimal position, open the pelvis and strengthen the muscles that support you during labor and birth.

    Hello, I m 27 weeks pregnant. Hope it’s ok to follow this yoga. Or should I wait for some more weeks to do this

    Hi bharti can you advice when to start kapalbhati post c-section delivery..

      Hi Mayuri, it is best to wait at least 6 months post c-section to start pranayamas like Kapalbhati and Bhastrika. You can start doing Nadi Shodhan and Bhramari earlier.
