But……she doesn’t really show how and where to actually do the pruning….like I need and up close shot to know exactly where and how to cut on the stem/plant 😣
Thank you for sharing! One question: Would pruning at the same time as repotting be too much for the plant to handle? I fear putting the plant into shock.
Just a thought, have a plant that could actually be chopped as you explained the reasons. Even if you could find a plant on clearance to be the sacrificial lamb. Then discuss after care.
Thanks so much for this video - I had a question though, it’s early spring in Australia and my friend gave me his Monstera which is extremely leggy (was in low light for ages). What would happen if I cut off every leaf?
My split leaf Monstera came as a gift . It is 4' tall. And 4' wide . It does appear that it has 5 separate plants in the planter. It has not been crowded at all. Healthy and growing great....😊
Whyyyyy are you removing leaves that we can’t see 🤦🏾♀️ Please, in your next video use a plant that you can actually demonstrate what you’re teaching 🤦🏾♀️
What is the point of creating a VIDEO that doesn't actually SHOW anything at all that you're talking about?? Would be great if you created a video with this information but.... you know... actually shows what you're doing.
This isn’t a good video at all. It doesn’t teach us how to trim, what tools would be recommended? We can’t even see what is actually being trimmed! Why are you making a video about trimming the plant when we can’t even see you trimming it?! 👎🏽
aren't you suppose d to show us where you're trimming, otherwise whats the point?
exactly i dont get what is the point of this video...there's no showing where, just talking. i could read it in an article
It would be nice if one could actually see what this expert is doing.
Agreed.
Such helpful tips! Thank you!

I came to say this same thing.

Plants need leaves for photosynthesis. Trim back to nodes if you have to.
The monstera at the beginning of the video... how many monsteras exactly are in that pot? Plz answer and thank you in advance. It looks great 😊

An almost 10min long video and not a single second was dedicated to showing us where to cut? 🙃
Thats why I stopped watching after the first cut.

Well she didn’t do anything or show examples of cutting lol she just showed us how bad ass her plant is
Everything she does is hidden from view ??????
She is a waste of time !!!! Not AT ALL helpful !!!

How stupid. Your not showing us the exact area that we can cut
