1) not enough light (bright indirect light) 2) uneven watering (water when the top inch is dry) 3) poor nutrition (add fertilizers every couple of months) 4) root bound (repot into bigger pot) 5) pest infestation (mili bugs: treat spots with rubbing alcohol and rinse leave- spider mights: organic pestiside linked in description box)
Hey, nice and insightful video as always....one quick question...the leaves of my monsteras are curled for a long time and they seem to be so whatever I do...they are under grow lights , I water them after probing them with a moisture meter when the soil near the roots is dry which is about once a week or 10 days.....a humidifier is there around it, the humidity is quite high at my area as it's monsoon here...but they are always curled...is it coz the grow lights are too close to the leaves and the heat is dehydrating them? What else could be the reason....ur reply would be a big help...thanks...and keep up the good work...

I got my monstera 3 years ago and it has only produced 2 new leaves and 1 leaf with a hole in it, all it has been doing is creating roots. And it gets enough sunlight, it has just been repotted. What should i do?
I suspect your plant is root bound. Just remove the plant from the pot and cut the bottom part of the roots and repot in a different pot with fresh soil around. Watch a video on 'treating root bound plants',on youtube, you'll know exactly what to do.

mine has just stopped growing, it isnt dying, its just, not growing. Its most recently leaf hasn't mature in a long long time.
Nutrition could be the issue. Add some fertiliser
