Thank you so much for this standing Pilates exercise. I have things wrong with both my feet and can only exercise wearing trainers, this routine allows for me to do it without pain. Trainers don’t allow me to be elegant like yourself, well that’s my excuse but I do try. 😊 I really enjoyed this workout, please, if it proves popular with other people, could you do another one?

Well that was so sweat inducing! I had to put my legs down for all those balance moves because my right knee is not stable enough. I’m no more near as elegant as you doing those moves either lol
Olivia, any way possible to Do a knee friendly one like this?!? I absolutely loved this but my one knee was killing me the next day. It’s been acting up a little but I think it’s me doing a lot of jumping and lunges and squats.

Hi Olivia I just finished this one. I'm a women of certain age I was able to keep up . Although it was tough I ❤ it. I have many of your videos saved and workout everyday. ✌️
I love the workouts, but maybe a 15-second break instead of just 10 would be better, especially since the exercises last 50 seconds (other channels have 10 sec break and 30 sec exercises) and are pretty intense. Also, it'd be better to mix it up with exercises for different body parts. Start with legs and follow right away with something else. Right now, the first few minutes are all about the legs, and it gets exhausting.
I came across this Pilate session this morning and I did the exercise in the park. I like it but there is one set back. When there is a short 5 - 10 seconds rest after the exercise where you show a preview of the next exercise why do you darken the screen? We cannot see clearly what the next exercise will be like. I gave up halfway. You shouldn't darken the screen when you show the preview. You should show the preview in a bright background or show the preview in a small window. Hope you can change the format. Thank you.
