    This standing Pilates workout was so good for me. I have several problems with my feet and ankles and can only workout using trainers, this standing one was without doubt one of the best I’ve tried. Many thanks for taking the time to plan and film this workout.

      Yes! excellent routine - I prefer my own backing track and it works so well to just turn off the sound and use my phone because all the instructions are demonstrated

    This is another amazing workout. The movements are so controlled, & the pace slower than a typical standing workout. The emphasis is on balance (felt very ballet to me--but I've never done ballet). Put it all together and you have a solid workout. The gentle pace & the emphasis on control, precision & balance make it also very safe for any who may be recovering from injury or easing back after illness, break or who just need a less intense pace. It is still intense, but the pace is very deliberate--not rushed. Masterfully put together & led by our instruction extraordinaire, Eleni.

    I am following you for more than six months and I can see difference in my body plus my inner thigh become thin and leg are now more stronger than earlier also from 64 now I reached at 59

    I loved this standing pilates workout. My PT told me to try standing pilates and I feel that I get more out of it than training with dumbbells.

    Thank you Eleni, I am learning to LOVE Pilates. Sweating and made it through.. I guess if you're not used to Pilates, if you get breathless, you need to learn how to Breathe through it I made it without stopping. YAY... THANK YOU I have long thin muscular legs so this is Great!

    Me: so sweaty I can barely keep a hold on my foot to do the quad stretch.
    Thank you, this was such a fantastic workout, full of moves I haven't seen in any other pilates video. It was my first workout with you but it definitely won't be the last.

    Super exercices qui réclament concentration, coordination, synchronisation, bien regarder aussi positionnement des mains et des pieds, et ce qu'il favorise vraiment c'est l'équilibre ! j'ai beaucoup transpiré J'ai beaucaup pprécié aussi le stretching

    Gosh, I just love your workouts!! The endless ways you combine moves, I never feel bored or complacent. It’s a good challenge and keeps me present. And, I’m so happy I can get a sweat going and feel like I spent that 30 minutes productively without having to jump around. Really great! And, specifically today, this challenged my balance many times… which is a good bonus! Thank you for creating this channel, it’s a perfect addition to my life ❤

    Love it, Eleni! i also noticed that you give a smile at the exact moment i feel the burn in my muscles while holding on the pose.. i guess you feel the same intensity as well. That smile motivates me to keep holding on and not to give up!

    Really enjoying your pilates workouts. Not too challenging but definitely getting good results in building back my body in stability after long periods of HIIT workouts. Just wish your playlist music was more uplifting and not sad love songs.

    Good pilates. It took some coordination and balance. It's hard to do this, when my body doesn't feel like it. My medication makes me tired. ❤😢
