This standing Pilates workout was so good for me. I have several problems with my feet and ankles and can only workout using trainers, this standing one was without doubt one of the best I’ve tried. Many thanks for taking the time to plan and film this workout.
Yes! excellent routine - I prefer my own backing track and it works so well to just turn off the sound and use my phone because all the instructions are demonstrated
This is another amazing workout. The movements are so controlled, & the pace slower than a typical standing workout. The emphasis is on balance (felt very ballet to me--but I've never done ballet). Put it all together and you have a solid workout. The gentle pace & the emphasis on control, precision & balance make it also very safe for any who may be recovering from injury or easing back after illness, break or who just need a less intense pace. It is still intense, but the pace is very deliberate--not rushed. Masterfully put together & led by our instruction extraordinaire, Eleni.

And, I’m so happy I can get a sweat going and feel like I spent that 30 minutes productively without having to jump around. Really great! Really enjoying your pilates workouts. Not too challenging but definitely getting good results in building back my body in stability after long periods of HIIT workouts. Just wish your playlist music was more uplifting and not sad love songs.
