I’ve been doing your pilates/strength workouts for the past month 4 times a week alongside a calorie deficit, and I’ve lost 2kg and my arms and legs are slowing gaining definition and my stomach is looking a lot less bloated. The perfect home workout for a PCOS mum who struggled to lose weight since having a baby ❤

Love this routine. I always have 2 sets of dumbbells on hand. Lighter for shoulders and heavier for legs.
