    I’ve been doing your pilates/strength workouts for the past month 4 times a week alongside a calorie deficit, and I’ve lost 2kg and my arms and legs are slowing gaining definition and my stomach is looking a lot less bloated. The perfect home workout for a PCOS mum who struggled to lose weight since having a baby ❤

      All Liv's workouts are superb, so thoughtfully planned and effective. These Pilates strength ones are unique, I think. I'm so impressed with them.

    That ticked my multi-tasking need. Focused on strength, but my body also called it cardio! I didn't look pretty, I(also challenged balance) but I completed it! Thanks.

    Love this routine. I always have 2 sets of dumbbells on hand. Lighter for shoulders and heavier for legs.

    I used 3.5 dumbbells and I'm more dead than doing my 2 hours gym routine with heavier weights 🫠
