I learned the rinse from the bottom up technique from Rick over at RAD Garage and I especially do this during the winter at the local pay n sprays to maximize the cleaning from the soap on the panel. Furthermore, loading up the tire brush with Brake Buster is something I mainly do in the winter to ensure I have good coverage cleaning the tire because I won't be revisiting tire/wheel cleaning when I get the car back in the garage. Those other cleaning options you mentioned were great for those that are looking for more than one way to wash their car!

Matt, the Bilt Hamber Touchless to rinseless wash process is something I think you should really explore more. After using Touchless, with your pressure washer setup, the car is 95% clean. Doing a rinseless wash in the garage afterwards would be perfect. Also - McKees just came out with N914 V2.

Gotta say I admire the passion for taking care of the people that work for and with you. Wish more people in charge would do things like this. ironically enough I was actually just thinking myself “oh yeah a brick and motar store would be amazing and what if Matt franchised out to other locations”. Foot traffic for brick and motar is hard to capture for niche stores though. I feel like you’ll probably make it work eventually. Excuse the idea rambling.
You need some golf cart solutions for the Villages, that would kill it.

@Chem-x talks about rinsing from bottom to top and the static cling of the product on the paint. It also helps you see where you rinsed, in his case because most of his washes are touchless...
Yeah my two step soaps loosen road film and then the power washer is what’s cleaning from there, so I’m not rinsing as much as cleaning with the high psi, final rinse would still be top down😁

RO and DI combination is the ultimate is water treatment but you'd need a water storage tank to hold the water and have that feed the dual Kranzle's.
Respect to you for using the lower tier AR pressure washer against the man yelling in the street instead of the Kranzle
Matty I was anti-mitt too, for some reason I got the deli-mitt when Corey first released it and I can't go back now.
What is in the bottle he sprays while wiping the car off. Haven't been on this channel for a while. As an idea for desalination you could look into the units they use for yachts. If you can remove salt from sea water for a large boat to drink, shower and clean. Then surely there should be.design features or efficiency you can draw down from. If memory serves me they were not as expensive as one would expect.
You should wring out the pad after rinse. Because when you rinse without wringing. You carry more rinse water than wash water to the car.
Matt, what is the best glass coating you have used? I am coating my glass in my shower LOL.
I know you are a fan of this new pre soak foam but I’m staring to think it is something I’m not really going to need as I wash often and never let my vehicles get that dirty similar to yours. Plus both of my vehicles have already been coated. One less step in the process to worry about

Have you ever tried Autofiber’s Flat Out pads? It’s an edgeless 700 gsm pad that is firm, but flexible on all the curves of a vehicle and doesn’t get too heavy…rinses well-doesn’t hold onto debris or dirt…they’re awesome!
I haven't, but I have tried many of his older versions.

You could look into the "Water on the Go" DI systems. They may have higher flow rates in their larger systems. I use the small dual bed system with 465 TDS water. Brings it to 0 to 1 TDS.
Looks like their business size systems can do between 5 and 7 gallons/min

You've got the cleanest E92 out there, Matt - well done! Do you find the ride height is a pain at all for scraping the front lip on driveways or even highway dips?
Which exhaust system did you end up sticking with?
It's clear on the road. I just have to careful when approaching driveways. You get used to it. The exhaust to get is 100% ARH full exhaust.

Yes, technically to get a 4% PIR, I would need a more concentrated product.

Consider bitcoin on the balance sheet, Matt. Let it appreciate and use the fixed supply/deflationary properties it carries do it's thing.
Anone ever use the incredipole or the mitt on a stick? I’m looking for a solid product. None have yet to meet my needs.
The pad is great, but the pole is kind of crappy.
So is there a reason to use prewash instead of just regular foam soap. Like foam soap it wash it off then foam it again
pH neutral soap lacks the necessary make-up to do any real cleaning. I use it for the lubrication. Prewash stuff is generally alkaline and will do more work at removing dirt.

They are just junk ADT cameras. I don't know much about those.

Good idea, not so good execution plan! You’re not a partnership kind of guy. You’re looking for someone to foot the bill and have little to no control. While it might be slow, reprioritize all the Matty ideas and allocate the appropriate time and resources to this idea.

Another product for your consideration: Koch Chemie Teerwäsche A (Tea), possibly in place of Eulex. It is every bit as effective for "normal" tar or adhesive (with a little extra dwell time) but much safer for different types of surfaces.
I ran into an unfortunate situation with Eulex when I was removing PPF adhesive from a side mirror on my X5. A small amount got onto some black plastic trim and it stained/damaged it pretty badly (I was able to minimize it with Solution Finish). I did the rest of the vehicle with Tea and had no issues with it on the trim. It does take slightly longer to act, but is still very effective.
Have you tried Gyeon Tar? It's safe on plastics and even polycarbonate plastic headlights. Personally I keep Tar and Eulex, but only use Eulex when Tar won't cut it or for debadging.

Foam > Rinse > Foam > Wash > Rinse

Yes, but...it's not quite that simple. I've had a cost segregation study done, so I'm able to receive a substantial accelerated deprecation deduction in years 1, 2, and 3. To get the biggest benefit, OG, LLC needs to own it. Then if I transfer it to another LLC and pay myself rent, you still have to pay sales tax. The benefits are as simple as it may seem.

Matt, on the LZ knife drawer... why not put the magnet holder in the drawer and lay the knives flat against it so they don't move when opening and closing, they won't "dull" and you can better see which knife you are grabbing?
