Matt, I am usually in agreement with you on things, but one thing you mentioned at the outset I am not. As humidity increases, generally the rate of evaporation decreases. Therefore, our humid climate reduces the rate of evaporation.

I do agree with your thought during the video that the foam (for the contact wash) is perhaps wasted time as touchless does such a good job. Also, is there a reason why you don't sqeeze out the rinse water before going back into your wash bucket? Surely it ends but being fairly diluted by the time you get round the car?

Not trying to get everyone chiming in with their favorite locations but, if you're exploring Canadian locations to expand into, check out Belleville, Ontario. Blossoming industrial support sector. About 2 hours east of Toronto, so you can still ship through T.O. There is also the Prince Edward County area there to locate domestically for housing. You could buy some land there right off Lake Ontario / West Lake (Robert Urich's chosen second hometown). The County is the new place to be for people selling out in Toronto and moving away from the big city. Plus, Belleville is about 2 hours from Ottawa and 3.5 to 4 from Montreal. I don't have a dog in the fight (I'm in Japan) but it might be something to take a minute to look at. The entire Quinte area is pretty marvelous and allows you to take the good of a metropolis like Toronto and leave the bad. Sorry. Carry on.
