God people pissed me off so damn much when they tried to insists "The MCU takes place in the comics canon! The movie said so!"
So why is Red Skull stuck on another planet? Why isn't Hank Pym an Avenger? Why was Mar-Vell not the original Captain Marvel? Why wasn't Thanos trying to bang Death?
Sometimes I left cinema sins as background noise until your channel came. Everytime your video comes on tbh I take notes. IF Possible, would you ever do a video on how you do your research?
Yeah as far as I know it's not that they kill them it's that there death was caused by them being really stupid. So it wasn't because they died it was the dumb way it came about.
There are plenty of actual criticisms you can make about this movie, and it’s fascinating how Jeremy manages to avoid making them in favor of random “sins”.

And why didn't she just ask her rich friends to buy her a plot of land somewhere sp she could just make her own neighborhood and residents to live in it with her children. wanda subconsciously can alter the probabilities. in other universes it is perfectly probable for her to have kids normal ways and alter the events to make the right sperms win the great race just enough for her to have twins that look exactly like 616 wanda's looking for.

there are many reasons:
1) after wonder woman 2, last thing we need is another rapist.
2) the fact that she might want to stay loyal to her deceased husband
3) without america's powers, she cannot do what you suggested either way. she operates through multiverse by possessing other bodies. the ''seduction'' would resulted with the father's impregnating the other wanda that used by 616 wanda.
4) she is making those decisions under the influence of harkhold. and as she told wong she want the power to travel through multiverse, because that way, she'll secure the children she'll regain with infinite solutions for any problems.
which means even if she would find herself a papa bear to get pregnant to the twins that she has already given birth once(that already sounds far fetched) she would still had to deal with possessing america's powers

It could be a universe where light behaves differently so that human eyes perceive it in a way similar to how we see animation.
Hell, they kind of show that in Spiderverse: that Spider-Gwen's universe is just kinda smudged pastel, Penni's universe is dubbed, Spider-Ham's universe seems to have FAR more medium-awareness than most Spiders-man.
It is a perfectly acceptable explanation to say that Some Universes Are Just LIKE That.

Light travelling differently has nothing to do with eyes perceiving the world as an animation. The only explanation required is that "Such a universe just exists because it is a multiverse" just like how in EEAAO, we had a universe where the characters existed as pencil drawings on a paper.

Yeah, Jeremy asking why America hasn't already encountered Spidey yet is stupid because while she's already visited nearly 80 universes previously, the MCU has an _infinite_ amount of universes. No matter how hard she tries, her chances of landing in a universe that not only has a version of Spidey, but has one that actually got his powers from a spider, are incredibly slim.
Not only that but there might not be a Spidey in many universes or ones that have died or didn't become Spiderman. I mean, Hell, she had a better chance running into a Real Spiderman and confuse that one to the normal ones. She's more likely to run into Spider-ham!
And since Spider-Man stays in New York for the most part, she could have been in a universe with him in it, and just not gone there.
But the movie telling you she hasn't is proving you wrong. You just simply can't accept that fact.
But I'm pretty sure Marvel's multiversal constant is that every universe has a Spider Totem. Whether that be Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Spider-Rex, or even Spider-Car(?), every universe in Marvel's multiverse has a spider person.

I’m surprised you didn’t sin him for asking why Strange didn’t try to make any portals right after Wanda destroyed his sling ring.
I think several people mentioned that in the Cinema Sins comments section on how did Jeremy miss that scene of Strange's sling ring disintegrating before he could open a portal. Granted it was a blink and you'll miss it type moment but nonetheless Jeremy is supposed to be hyper observant when it comes to sinning movies and he totally missed that.

Also, Spider-Man is generally a street level hero, thus even if she WERE in a universe with Spidey, there's still a solid chance that he's just not well known enough for her to have heard of him. Because he's kind of NYC exclusive, and the world is bigger than just NYC.
20:58 What makes this even worse is that Mysterio uses Earth 616 as our universe in FFH, but it worked there because it was a reference to the comics and the point was that he was LYING. Now because of Dr Strange 2, the logic runs either Mysterio got really lucky with that guess, or the Illuminati got this wrong (which is weird when Reed, Prof. X and the Sorcerer Supreme on the team).
It amazes me, not only that Jeremy said it, but that he's not the first person I've heard suggest that Strange should have invited fucking PETER PARKER to come fight a corrupted Wanda. This woman is signlehandedly wiping out the strongest mystical army in the universe, and these people want Tom Holland to just DIE apparently.
Another thing is that given Peter's mental state after having just lost everything and being alone for how long he has it's posible however unlikely that he might join Wanda instead to go to a universe where he has everything he wants.

Plus it's not out of the realm of possibility that nobody really has Spider-man's contact info anymore, since they can no longer remember who he is. He's effectively become an un-person with zero profile, Few people outside New York are going to remember him.
It’s also weird that Jeremy mentioned getting characters like Falcon and Spider-Man to help fight one of the most powerful beings in the Multiverse, instead of suggesting more powerful characters like Thor, Hulk, or Captain Marvel.
Why would Strange call someone that has never appeared therefore has never met in the MCU before?

Jeremy keeps falling for the pitfall of just including characters in order to have them in the film and doesn't consider if it actually, y'know, _makes sense_ for those characters to be in this story.

Wanda trying to do a thing that'll wreck the multiverse is an avengers level threat. That means all hands on deck. She is officially a bigger threat than Thanos in endgame. It makes sense to have everyone there even if they get clapped trying to stop the multiverse getting destroyed.

Something I really like about Th3Birdman is he always finds different ways to approach the sins cinema sins always does, like the logo sins, he doesn’t just say “Jeremy sins the logos cliche” he approaches it in a different way every time and it makes these videos very fun to watch

Like, I understand people have opinions and their own set of criticisms, but PART of critiquing something is also focusing on the incredible stuff it has to offer and just appreciating that Viv and her team are still giving us these characters and fun stories to present them in! When we could've possibly not given a sh*t and HB or even HH would've never happened. I'm not saying Viv isn't perfect (Honestly really no one is.) ,but she is dealing with BS for practically three years now, getting copyrighted, drama with an ex-employee, and is handling enormous amounts of stress few people can barely survive on. I want to say another thing about Wanda's kids.. As a HUGE SW fan, almost all of her comic material at least mentions her kids in multiple universes.. Jeremy doesn't realize us SW stans (who are the main ones invested in this video) knows this plot point
And personally I think this is the first MCU movie that directly shows why the Disney plus shows are relavent (and canon) as Wanda directly defences WandaVision (and they even reuse some of the same music).

No, we saw Steve passing the mantle to him in endgame so we can assume he just become CA (mmore if you consider that he told to Steve that he will try his best or something just for the show to reveal he didn't thimk he could be CA and didn't try). Maybe it will asume you know how he got the suit, but characters change suit between movies all the time without explanations sometimes. If Torres appears as Falcon then you really need to see the show to know who that guy is.

I have a theory, What if the reason he only found 1 timeline that worked was because he saw that all the other timelines would be wiped by the time police? We see in Loki that how it all went down was how it was supposed to go, and that they wipe any timeline that goes outside of that path.

That's timeline stuff this is multiverse stuff while we like to think of them as connected (and to an extent they are) not all universes from the multiverse are (pretty much same explenation rick and morty have in s5 or 6) as we learn in loki Kang does have alternate selves aka there is a multiverse which he does not control.

Another thing that people seem to miss is also strange is only looking into possibilities of HIS immediate future and not possibilities were other more wildly different rosters of superheroes showing up to fight Thanos.

Sin 21/22: Honestly, I feel that’s what Multiverse of Madness dropped the ball on. It’s supposed to be Strange being confronted by his worst qualities and learning to rise above them by letting someone else save the day instead of being the one holding the scalpel, but the execution of that story left a lot to be desired.

Also, Birdman, in case you didn't know, we are all technically canon in Marvel as Earth-1218. Our universe is too strict to allow supernatural things to exist according to its official description on the Marvel wiki.
Also regarding the damned souls bit, there's a lot of things in the supernatural that don't make sense, especially regarding angels and demons. Also the descriptions for each can be hilarious to picture. Sitri is literally described in grimoires as possessing an angel form with a jaguar/leopard head and has the ability to "make women luxuriously naked."
The "out of his butt?" comment caught me off guard too when I first heard it in theaters but now that you explained it the way you did, I totally understand why she'd say that.

Loved this movie. While _Everything Everywhere All At Once_ has a more emotional story with a kookier multiverse (Waymond is the GOAT of that film), this one gave us all the Raimi shit we've been craving for over *nine* years, along with fun cameos, good character work, and amazing music from Danny Elfman.

I just posted my comment, but I'll repeat it here. Everything Everywhere All at Once is the best Multiverse movie this year or pretty much ever. I still loved this movie and I think it's the 3rd best multiverse movie this year. (If you count spiderman).

Multiversal variants have appeared in such a way that most, if not all, Marvel heroes have a doppelgänger; however, their civilian doppelgänger and their hero doppelgänger will not always be the same person. For instance, Captain Marvel here is Maria Rambeau instead of Carol Danvers. Peggy Carter of Earth-199999 is long dead, but on Earth-838 (and whatever earth What-If is on) she’s Captain Carter. But even beyond that, every Spider-Man we’ve seen has been Peter Parker yet his are the only variants that aren’t phenotypical copies of the MCU version.
