I have had these for almost a year, and they still work great
I just got those from Amazon! I like them and they sound great! But they’re hurting my ears! And that’s not from having the volume loud! They’re just uncomfortable to wear!
I have been trying to research these earbuds and it looks like one major manufacturer probably (overseas) makes them, but then different companies stateside brand/label to their brand and then of course you have problems with quality from each individual dealer, so be careful with who you buy them from! Walmart sells a version, I would buy mine from Walmart for example , that way you can least take them back if you do have problems like a lot of people talking about here!!!!! 😮
i have had many issues with these earbuds not only do they constantly disconnect for no reason but the sound sometimes cuts out too and will come back about a minute later. I got them only 3 weeks ago

Hello, I just bought them, the left hearing aid does not hold a charge, only the right one, and when I connect it the charging bars do not appear, it remains completely at 100% without having fully charged

My voice control is off in settings but these earbuds activate it anyway. How do I stop them from activating voice control when I touch them?

Do you know how to turn off the case and earbuds speaking to you out loud upon opening it? It's very inconvenient depending on the environment and would much rather have it off.

I've had my earbuds for about 6 months and have trouble charging my right bud. Sometime it'll charge, most of the time it won't. I cleaned the earbud and port with alcohol with no difference. Ideas?

I have had these for some time but seldom used them until now. However, I am unable to locate extra earbuds to get a better fit in my ears. The earbuds attached keep falling out of my ears. Is there a way to get smaller earbuds only for my device?
These sound as good as my AirPods third generation for a fraction of the cost.

Yes they fit pretty good you may have to change tips which is what I had to do
@@TechReviewsTV why they didn't just make it like charge themselves in the case if your not using usb if usb gets torn buy another one money. Is it bendproof

Make sure the case is charged and put them in or you can press and hold on the sides of the earbuds until they turn off
@@TechReviewsTV I tried to hold both the earbuds it say for 5 seconds but I’m not sure it turned off- will there still be the numbers on the case (the percentage) when turned off?

@@mels5419 if they have a percentage when you drop them in they auto shut off
You forgot to mention... When you open your mouth wide.. like a yawn.. they just fall right out of the ear...

Yes I’ve tried them in the shower before, after some time like all earbuds in the shower they have a less life expectancy
greatest video lag ever with laptop sound is okay
