FYI the number sign the case tell you how much charge is left in the case not how much the ear buds are charged.

Just received mine and they won't charge
I put them back in the case the right way
Plugged it in
No graph showing left or right it's stuck on 77 % plugged on or not
Are they broken ?

I contacted the company and they were VERY helpful-sent out another set right away and it works PERFECT 👍🏼 No issues, sound quality is fantastic

Actually the number signs a case so how much charge the case has left. It really doesn't tell you the percentage and each ear bud.

You wasted all these words without telling us how to control the device: the location of the controls, how to turn it OFF, ON, volume control, fast forward, etc

Its a unboxing and YOU USE YOUR DEVICE for volume, Fast Forward on the ear buds..... and diffrent devices control slightly diffrent.

Got it and found that sound quality is not that great. Returning it. I bought from amazon and strange part is, they restricted the review there for this item and not allowing me to add my feedback. Something fishy with this chinese product.
