I have a fear of abandonment . When I was with my ex, I was always worried that he was going to leave me. I was always jealous and insecure. At the same time I tried so hard not to be clingy and smothering to him. I was abused and neglected by my biological mother. She sufferers a personality disorder. I have anxiety and used to get a lot of panic attacks. I ended up breaking up with him because he was cheating on me.

Three months into the break up. I am holding steady with the no contact. I predict she will come back in two more months. That's enough time to dump her rebound and take the alone time to think about her bad decision. Thanks Craig!

He told me while we were fighting once that "they (as in women) always leave". I deduced that he leaves women first before they leave him whether hes attached to them or not. He avoided pain by hurting me instead. Too bad itll hurt him eventually and he has no idea.
