Could you make a video on an ex being in a relationship after a year apart? Can I still get her back; she's been with this guy for 3 months, now.

Amazing! I cannot believe Coach Victoria discussed forgetting to breathe! No one I know of has ever understood that or if they did I have never heard anyone bring the reality of that up before! I actually did not realize it was rooted in anxiety but it makes perfect sense!
Would forgetting to eat and drink water (all day) be a part of that same consequence, too?
Thank you for another excellent and useful informative and humourous video, Coaches Craig, Margaret, and Victoria! 👏👏👏🌟🌟🌟🇨🇦

My relationship that broke down last year ...my partner claimed to be anxious and I followed a lot of what was discussed in this video. Being present, listening, reading up and researching, being mindful of the feelings and learning to communicate about their feelings. In the end the anxieties became a tool to emotionally abuse me and a whole host of other attributes came out. Fear of abandonment, rages, self destructive, emotionally immature, voliatile relationship with friends, family, past relationships, constantly bitter with the past.
As this person showed more complexities I had to look after myself as their was a sort of expectation by her I was here to rescue her inner trauma. In the end this person started to show regular dissociating coping mechanisms, cognitive distortions (that had no reality whatsoever to them) and even paranoid delusions (this become disturbing and heartbreaking to observe). So it was clear that anxieties were simply a symptom of something much bigger.
You need to be very careful that people aren’t using anxieties as one stop shop to hide a lot of unresolved turmoil and mental health that needs professional support. No matter how much you love someone or think you love someone you’re not responsible for their mental health.

I did my best to listen, empathize and validate. kept in near constant communication. I got overwhelmed and ultimately, she ended the relationship because I didn't love her enough and "wasn't ready." I listened to her talk so emotionally about her abusive ex and her past, but she never wanted to get help for herself or do anything about it. Sometimes it's just never enough for them, no matter how prepared you are.

I can be super anxious for weeks and if it's dismissed by my partner "why, it's so easy" "its just *** whats the big deal" not only do I get more anxious, I get specifically anxious about what is was about. I've had someone give me so much anxiety about sex that I was afraid of even doing it again with her. It also made me think that she was just mean to me. When I look back there were so many things that she made me anxious about and most of it just seemed mean spirited or not willing to understand that I needed to take things slow. Scary hikes, rock climbing, skateboarding. Just stop and let me calm myself down, most of us aren't expecting you to fix our anxiety, we're just expecting you to understand it and let us do our coping mechanisms. I'm super up front about when I'm anxious because I want someone to understand I might act out of character or do other weird things like trip more often or lose my thought process frequently, etc.
I'm trying so hard to not be anxious and act normal when I'm anxious. It upset smyself.

I'm anxiously attached and I tried to help and be there for my avoidant ex. I still love her and will always be there for her.
I see my anxiety in her, but I've learned to face it. Sometimes it overwhelmed me but I faced it. She ignored it and made me feel crazy and pushy for trying to facilitate a conversation.
The irony is she is a therapist and refuses to see a therapist.
We split after five years of being loving best friends to work on ourselves. But she won't return any civil conversation.
I have to believe she's dealing with her own issues and she still loves me. Not in love, that's over, but true love. Or maybe that was one sided.

@@SR0490 yea... its been a learning experience. Ive been to barnes & noble... trying to gain as much knowledge on his condition. It breaks my heart bc i miss him, but he puts up a wall, opens up a bit then things get, what I can only describe it as, "off". Hes very sensitive & takes everything personally. I screwed up in the beginning of our fall out, I did everything u shouldnt do. I am just waiting for the day hes back to himself so we can possibly start fresh & if he goes down again, we can have a plan in place & i can better adapt to his "other side".

@@smilersmiling thanks... I wonder if its something I will regret getting into, then I think of our connection... on every level. Everyone deserves love & it takes a strong person to take on such things. I, myself, have gotten through some crazy stuff. I wouldnt change it; for it has made me strong. Right now I am feeling pain bc he has closed me out. I hope if we get another shot, we can work through it together. I can say with 100% certainty, I have never been in love like this. I usually have a wall up myself bc I have a 12 year old daughter that has never met any man that has come in my life. He says hes speaking to someone, I plan to as well. He has done some irrational things & I have panicked in some cases. Right now, we cant talk bc he is misunderstanding me. He got my family involved last week & was that a mistake. Its hard to think the universe put such an amazing man in my life, then how one small miscommunication changed everything. We have had strange coincidences happen to us, where we saw it as fate that we met. I dunno... im just babeling, but i pray we get another shot & can have a game plan in place for when he feels he needs space.

I was wondering if you could make a video about a Dumpee jumping into another relationship right after the breakup?
I recently broke up with my partner [we had been together for more than a year] and he jumped into a new relationship a month later. Since i can't find much information about that hopefully you could give me some insight on that?
