    Do you think it has enough range to use for my 2 axle car trailer, would like to monitor the trailer tires.

      Hi! It maybe have, however for that application, a different type of TPMS system is recommended here you go ua-cam.com/video/ocQUgTl5LMQ/v-deo.html Hope this helps, Cheers!

    i have a similar setup before after instal an few thousand kilometers the wheels develop imbalance

      Hi! I have another system installed on another car for about two years and haven't had balance issues with it (the system is actually larger that the Vesafe one ua-cam.com/video/ocQUgTl5LMQ/v-deo.html ) That being said, adding an external TPMS sensor, as light as they are are still a external weight that was not there when the tire was original balanced. So I would say balancing the tires with the new external TPMS system would be recommended specially if there is concern for imbalance or the alternative would be to go to an internally mounted TPMS but taking into account the extra cost to remove the tires, mount the system, and rebalance the tires during the initial install and again when the system needs service such as battery replacement or sensor replacement. Hope this helps, Cheers!

    One of the tires wont sync up. Any ideas?

      Hi M! I would start by checking the batteries are good for all sensors and then start the setup process again from the beginning. Also the manual may have additional information regarding setup that may help. If the sensor won't connect still you can also contact Vesafe for tech support, they may be able to walk you thru some troubleshooting steps. Cheers!

    Can you fill tires with air when this is connected to tires?

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  Рік тому +1

      Hi Natalie! This systems does not add a second air valve to add air the sensor needs to be screwed off (just like the cap your tire had before the sensor was installed) And here is a couple of portable air compressor options ua-cam.com/video/zUHPkAu_l_g/v-deo.html or ua-cam.com/video/lqkh1KzFuFg/v-deo.html Cheers!

    Do you use these on your own car? Some of the reviews claim that after a year or two they corrode and cannot be removed. People end up breaking their valve stems or the TPMS sensors. Any thoughts?

      Hi Rick! Yep, no issues with mine (but I will update this comment if something changes), now I do remove them to add air when the tire needs some (I like to keep my tires up to spec for best wear and fuel economy). That being said, I think if you wait several years before removing them for them to top off the tire, it may be possible to see corrosion and even a seize one (same as with lugs nuts that are not removed over a long period of time, it's just the nature of threaded parts exposed to a harsh environment). Here is another system that ua-cam.com/video/ocQUgTl5LMQ/v-deo.html I had even longer and same no issues, so I think prompt attention to low tire pressure (which prompts removal and re-install is important) Cheers!

    but you never show how to add air with the system on?

    • @AlexAutoFun
      @AlexAutoFun  Рік тому +3

      Hi! The sensor has to be removed if you want to add some air (one downside of an external TPMS however since the sensor can come off and on very quickly it doesn't really bother me). And here is a couple of portable air compressor options ua-cam.com/video/zUHPkAu_l_g/v-deo.html or ua-cam.com/video/lqkh1KzFuFg/v-deo.html Cheers!

      Hi bjnopoli! I placed links to different systems (at different price points in the video description) And here is another system if you like to compare ua-cam.com/video/ocQUgTl5LMQ/v-deo.html and I have more TPMS system reviews coming up, stay tuned. Cheers!
