That's great news regarding your friend 911. I would live to see before and after pics. Regarding post workout food, the answer will be different depending on what your goal is. For example are you trying to lose weight, get shredded or mass up and get big?
It's a great question Ria. You can do the vast majority of the exercises without a bench, for example lying on the floor instead of a bench. The exercises that require hand support such as 3 points position, you can always use a chair or even the arm rest of your couch. Our workouts are very doable without a bench, but you get a chance to get yourself a basic flat bench at some point you'll be able to do every workout, the way we do it 👌
Can I ask what kind of weights are you using? These are 1 minute sets (holding for 15, reps for 30 and holding for 15 again). If you're "not feeling anything" your weights are too light for you. Increasing the length of the set beyond a minute would be purely slow twitching fibre training and it is not aesthetic.

@@CoachAli must be using kiddie weights! No one in their right would suggest these sets are not long enough.
@@CoachAli I was using 5.5kg for each and for me this weight is heavy weight not light weight
