      I used 1.5kg dumbell weights when I first started out (3kg in total) so don't worry. As long as ur form is correct, u will feel the difference, and if it becomes easier, u can up the rep tempo or add abit more weight, just go at ur own pace and good luck!!

    After serving 6 years in the army I have sat stagnant on fitness and health for 11 years. After a bout with cancer recently I decided to get my life in check by working out and eating right. Following along with your workout videos has helped inspire me in so many ways and help navigate my way back into fitness.     Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    I am someone who has not exercised regularly for years. I have been doing this workout every day for a week. For the first 4 days, I could not even walk after the workout. I rediscovered the existence of my legs and hips. I thought I died on the first day of the workout, at the end of 1 week I started to feel less tired and I feel very happy and energetic half an hour after the workout. My goal is to continue training every day without a break. I will continue to write about my experiences, by the way, if I get supportive comments, it would be great for me.

    I've been doing this for a month 3 days per week with excelent results. I'm controlling my diet, so i can definitely see the muscles gains and fat loss.
    I just added a bit more of abdomen exercises and I feel it's perfect.
    It would be great to see small possible variances in angles and exercises that would be possible to keep this routine for much longer.

    Just found your video today. Your video is amazing!!! Bought weights adjustable dumbbells - 5 lbs to 50 lbs (ie. 1 dumbbell is adjustable to 50 lbs), 2 dumbbells are 100 lbs. I will start my workout tomorrow (12/25/2024) with 10 lbs dumbbells (5 lbs each, total 10 lbs). I’m planning to lift 100 lbs dumbbells at the beginning of January 1, 2024. I will update my workouts progress then.

    I'm a fat guy, but I've been working on myself, and this is the first time I could follow you 100 percent through till the end! I only used 8lb dumbbells, but I'm working my way up. Keep up the vids. These help more than you would think. Lastly I hate Burpees

    I started my weight loss journey today. Got some dumbells and used this guide. I was Gassed and nauseous 15 minutes in. But im going to keep at it!! Starting weight : 320 lbs.

    I used 10 lbs dumbell and 25lbs on selected workouts yesterday. Today, I am sore and loving it! I thought I went too easy on the weight, but I think it was just enough to get back into a fitness routine at home. Great video!

    I’m a 44 yr old who’s doing this for the first time now. Been lifting weights for a couple months every other day but want to incorporate more cardio. This was perfect. Using 13 lb weights.

    Fantastic workout. Most of the dumbbell circuits seem very cardio dominant, but this workout was great because my pulse increased AND I got a muscular pump. Loved the finisher. Thank you.

    I really enjoy your videos and would be thrilled if you included a video workouts for smaller waist and the 11 abs because the abs workout in your channel is primarily geared toward guys and it makes my waist a little broader. Please perform the 11 abs workout in a video.

    I was looking for a full body workout that I can do from home that matches my gym workout. One set of manageable dumbells and I'm soaked. this is very effective! thanks very much

      Sure but it can be a good idea to have a couple days rest every now and then. It allows your muscles to repair.

      Weekly 4 times is enough rest days eat more protein

    I'm 13 yrs old boy and using dumbbell weight 3 kg and what i hate is being skinny and much weaker for all years but now its the first time i work out with dumbbells also it's helping a lot of your skills workout and helping other to workout also tysm for this video until next 8 weeks i'll be soon have a building strenght muscles for your helps and feedbacks for this video it's helping a lot of people to build much muscles very much

    I am happy doing this exercise with you sir if you are doing heart but I am doing slowly because we have to be careful while doing exercise so slowly slowly we can do heart thank you so much for beautiful exercise

    i am a programmer. i used to work out in my school days. but now i am a bread winner. so i should spend most of my time infront of my computer. after completely ruining my body with overworking to keep the food on the table, i got muscle pain, some joint pain (especially on my knees) and migraine. Now i have decided to work out at least 1 hour in a day for at least 3 times a week. 10 mins in and im already exhausted... i should keep it up! thank you for the videos!
