I used 1.5kg dumbell weights when I first started out (3kg in total) so don't worry. As long as ur form is correct, u will feel the difference, and if it becomes easier, u can up the rep tempo or add abit more weight, just go at ur own pace and good luck!!

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I am someone who has not exercised regularly for years. I have been doing this workout every day for a week. For the first 4 days, I could not even walk after the workout. I rediscovered the existence of my legs and hips. I thought I died on the first day of the workout, at the end of 1 week I started to feel less tired and I feel very happy and energetic half an hour after the workout. My goal is to continue training every day without a break. I will continue to write about my experiences, by the way, if I get supportive comments, it would be great for me.

I've been doing this for a month 3 days per week with excelent results. I'm controlling my diet, so i can definitely see the muscles gains and fat loss. I just added a bit more of abdomen exercises and I feel it's perfect. It would be great to see small possible variances in angles and exercises that would be possible to keep this routine for much longer. Thank you a lot

Just found your video today. Your video is amazing!!! Bought weights adjustable dumbbells - 5 lbs to 50 lbs (ie. 1 dumbbell is adjustable to 50 lbs), 2 dumbbells are 100 lbs. I will start my workout tomorrow (12/25/2024) with 10 lbs dumbbells (5 lbs each, total 10 lbs). I’m planning to lift 100 lbs dumbbells at the beginning of January 1, 2024. I will update my workouts progress then.
I'm a fat guy, but I've been working on myself, and this is the first time I could follow you 100 percent through till the end! I only used 8lb dumbbells, but I'm working my way up. Keep up the vids. These help more than you would think. Lastly I hate Burpees

Fantastic workout. Most of the dumbbell circuits seem very cardio dominant, but this workout was great because my pulse increased AND I got a muscular pump. Loved the finisher. Thank you.

i am a programmer. i used to work out in my school days. but now i am a bread winner. so i should spend most of my time infront of my computer. after completely ruining my body with overworking to keep the food on the table, i got muscle pain, some joint pain (especially on my knees) and migraine. Can be for sure! Go at your own pace and start out with light weights then work your way up.

I am happy doing this exercise with you sir if you are doing heart but I am doing slowly because we have to be careful while doing exercise so slowly slowly we can do heart thank you so much for beautiful exercise

i am a programmer. i used to work out in my school days. but now i am a bread winner. so i should spend most of my time infront of my computer. after completely ruining my body with overworking to keep the food on the table, i got muscle pain, some joint pain (especially on my knees) and migraine. Now i have decided to work out at least 1 hour in a day for at least 3 times a week. 10 mins in and im already exhausted... i should keep it up! thank you for the videos!
