I burned 900 calories through this, not that the number matters but as a 13 year old girl who is constantly overstimulated and struggles to let herself be in the moment, this workout not only proved just how strong I’ve gotten since recovering (from an 2 eating disorders that left me over 30 pounds underweight my bmi was below 14. 💀and my 1 year “anniversary “ since I decided to start taking care of myself is in two weeks, )but that I was able to do so living in the present and just flowing through the fatigue giving my all. I am grateful for this workout, because as depressing as it may sound, your struggle was encouraging and reminded me that I’m not alone, thank you for letting me workout with you. 😊❤👊

I split the workout into 2-50 exercises in 2 days. Still a tough workout but loved it
