    Breath work with meditation and mindfulness is awesome. I like using the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. I'm calmer.

    Box breathing is sorta difficult for me because there’s 2 time you stop breathing. I like Breathe in, hold and exhale longer. Box breathing takes too much thinking and energy, it’s not natural.
