    I am actually so stressed because of my binge eating and anxiety, it got so worse that I searched 'how to stop binge eating'

    I wonder if you can talk about doctor prescribed binge eating medication in a video....my doctor just prescribed Topiramate and I am way to scared of the side effects to start taking it.

      @@ParallelWellness I understand. My doctor had no clue about it either and only prescribed it to me because another patient of hers was prescribed it by her therapist...ugh...she told me to research it haha i did and its not looking like a good approach. I have been working on my intuitive eating but still have bad days, but I wont give up! I hope to buy the book and workbook for myself after Christmas

    True...It could be easy to think that I wouldn't be binge eating in the future when determined.. I like the fact that you mentioned the point so clearly! Being mindful of urges and temptations and setting a specific goal does help.. I do 15-30 squats when it hits me haha

    i always binge eat at night do u know how to stop that and i always binge eat when i’m bored . and i’m never hungry i just eat.
