- May ulam na ba kayo for lunch? Try mo naman itong ating Chicken Mushroom and Spinach recipe. Madali lang itong lutuan. In 30 minutes meron ka nang super yummy at super creamy na ulam at tiyak kong magugustuhan ng buong pamilya.
Ingredients:
700 gram chicken breast (cut into 1 inch cubes)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup butter
8 cloves garlic
1 small size onion
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 or 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white button mashroom (any)
1 small can all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 bundle spinach
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup water

I just made this recipe. Love it. Few ingredients. Easy and quick. I didn’t have cream so I just used milk and all purpose flour and instead of water I used pasta water. Incredible recipe. Thank you!!!
