Omg Saen you're here🎉 I have learned so much from your courses, since 2011! You autographed my, Wealth Without Risk book. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. This guy is the real deal everybody, need to listen to him❤❤🎉
Im looking to start my tax deed investing career with very inexpensive vacant land deeds preferably in a state or jurisdiction that takes credit cards (and no redemption period!) -what are some good places to start that fit that description?
Why in the heck do some of you act so mean to Saen? He is a true experts and I guarantee he makes more than most of you. Plus he is so nice. And people do make money with this method - it has been around for literally centuries.
@@aaronlewis2772 every country that has a sale, if they have liens left over you could purchase those over-the-counter you’re gonna need exactly the same information. I just talked about the video. Once you have that you’ll know when those are available.
If you do everything online how do you research a property to make sure it's not going to be unsellable should you retain the mortgage if the time of redemption expires?
We all have to start somewhere. This is me now. I found this video very informative. Well explained also. The 6-6-3 plan is very easy to follow. Thank you for making this video. I sub'd right away. Look forward to viewing more of your videos.
Our local newspaper ran a story that our treasurers office hasn't been paying out once taxes are paid. These investors keep getting the run around about when they are going to receive their checks. What does someone do when it's the county not upholding their end???

So, how to buy OTC’s? You told us about signing up for auctions.

Why Are You Talking About Action Over The counter
Auctions when the title says OTC
@@Nailnation1 because it has to go to auction before it becomes over-the-counter or OTC..
It's a metaphor. Means at home
@aeneaslime2968 no it does not. Over the counter are those liens that do not get auctioned. He never covered it

Too bad, you can’t do that in Ohio, they only sell in bulk to millionaires and billionaires
