Hi Claire. I'm a fan of yours from Malaysia. I've been watching a lot of your videos lately as I find them to be calming. I even listen to you as I try to fall asleep. I suffer from stress and anxiety and a few months ago I collapsed at a clinic and was taken to hospital in an ambulance. Medication and plants have helped me to slowly recover. I want to thank you for doing what you do and also speaking about mental health. You are helping so many people out in the world.
I just started my own journey with houseplants, and it's already made a positive difference in my mental health. I love your compassionate attitude and helpful ideas. Thank you. ❤
Plant care 🪴 and journaling ✍️. I recently heard the lines, "change your water; change your air" for when you're stressed.. (drink water, make a tea, have a shower/bath, get outside, open a window etc)
I have been struggling since exactly one year with mental health.. suffered badly and finally in August i found that going close to plants and buying plants helped me alot. Now i am so much better.. I dont have lots and also am unemployed so cant afford to buy more.. but I have a bigggggggg wishlist!! Which keeps me going!! Merry Christmas to you and a very Happy New year!!

Plants for me are a nurturing experience.Besides their beauty,they give me a feeling of peace. Takes me out of myself, and gives me a sense of responsibility. Thank you for the lovely video.
I spent a day recently repotting plants, taking cuttings, tidying up my spider plants, etc. I also made a propagation box. It was my best day for a long while and it put me in a very positive frame of mind. Thank you Claire for this reminder.🌷
This was lovely and such a nice change of pace ❤️ I generally zone out the best when taking care of my jungle, be it repotting, pest prevention or just playing the 'rearrange the collection' game.
