1000 Rep Epic Glute Challenge | Follow Along with No Equipment
So if you reading this hopefully you are considering doing this glute bodyweight challenge!
Follow along as we work out way through 10 different exercises hitting all angles of the glutes (Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius, Gluteus Minimus)! I will be giving vocal cues throughout the workout.
This a simply a fun challenge everyone can do at home!
Glutes respond, as with other large muscles groups in the body, to progressive overload of course but also important to include higher rep workouts with low or bodyweight exercises to increase muscular endurance, help maintain muscle mass, burn calories and drive towards a leaner physique.
These exercises are perfect for glute activation prior to glute focused workout, as part of main glute workout or to really burn out the glutes as a finisher post workout.
The exercises are as follows:
Straight raise to abduction raise
Straight raise to abduction raise
Fire hydrants
Fire hydrants
Side lying leg raises
Side lying leg raises
Donkey kicks
Donkey kicks
Front lying leg openers
Glute Bridge
Each exercise is performed for 50 reps and we do 2 complete sets!
I absolutely love mixing up my training! I could go from 120kg hip thrusts to bodyweight hip thrusts in the same session! Or bench pressing my bodyweight for 4 sets to 100 reps bench press with just the barbell!
I hope you al give this a go... my glutes were on fire of course!!! So enjoy!

I love your workout videos!! It gives me an opportunity to have some guided exercises and not have to risk going to the gym. I appreciate seeing the different ways to work different muscle groups. As a 50 year old woman I also appreciate the slower movements. I feel like it gives better results with less chance for injury. I am a breast cancer survivor and some of my medications increase my risk for fractures so these exercises feel safe and effective. Thanks so much for taking the time to make the videos. And you look fantastic by the way! :-)
I love your workouts. You truly understand that exercises should be done at a slower pace than most trainers do them. You get real results I can’t wait to see what other workouts you have.
My wife and I love you Caroline. Thank you for yet another burner at home. I was searching your channel for something to do for “lower” and I saw “1000 rep glute”. Haha. I find muscular endurance workouts combined with heavy strength training works great for me in my 5km runs and ultramarathons as they grow strength and power but also ready for the long haul!! 😉

Loved it....had planned on doing the 1hr dumbbell workout you posted yesterday, but wanted to get out of my so-called comfort zone....so, I went for this and will be doing the 10-min standing abs/core workout in about 5 minutes. ❤️💪🏻

I've been doing your more recent videos, Caroline, & I love the format but I'd love more glute isolation workouts like this! I'm healing from multiple pregnancies & am 14 months PP with the most recent baby. I loved how I felt these exercises throughout my core 💪🏼
Decided to do EPIC glute challenge .......as I am staying over in a hotel room due to travel time with work.... not fun..but then these videos are making it fun..🤩 bring it on 🤩🤩
I did this workout and let me tell yall its WORKING!! My butt has most definitely lifted more than what it use to be. Its not big but its change and i see it. On top of doing these exercises, I drink a protien shake after every workout (bcuz protien helps grow glutes) and im making sure that i eat more. If you also want to see change I suggest you change your diet too bcuz is also an important factor to growing glutes!!

Great challenge! I used ankle weights for the first 500 reps to make it a little more intense and a finisher of 100 abductors with my glute band. Glutes on fire! Thanks, Caroline!

Last week I did 500reps.. today finished the complete 1000reps.. i did it not only for my glute but last week next day I felt it on my obliques also.. loving this challenge...

I just did your 20 min inner and outer thighs with ancle weights, 2x2 kg, and it was so hard! I still wanted a short butt burner afterwards, but then I saw this video and went for a go. I didn't think I could complete it, but I did! Wow.. 🥳 The texting was hilarious, though, haha! 😂 Thank you for your great workouts. Cheers from Norway ☺️
