1000 REPS Ab Challenge / INTENSE ABS WORKOUT - Caroline Girvan

- 1000 rep ab & core challenge! A perfect workout as a challenge to work through at your own pace! The abdominal muscles and core will be challenged!
Each exercise is performed for 50 reps! Where we perform on one side, we will do 25 reps and switch to opposite side for other 25 reps!
All you will need for this workout is approximately 30 minutes and your mat!
Reverse crunch
Leg lower to tuck in
Crunch to knee reach
Sit ups
Straight leg scissors
Toe taps
Bicycles
Table top sweeps
Sit up reach one side (switch at 25)
Plank rolls
Plank hip twists
On hands tuck
On elbows tuck to extend
Heel reaches
Alternating hand to foot hover
Cross elbow to knee crunch (switch at 25 reps)
Close tuck
Plank march
Mountain climbers
Table top crunch to hand clasp
You will notice some of the exercises can be performed at a slightly faster pace, whilst others require a slower pace!
If you finish the 50 reps per exercise before me, simply enjoy a break! If you take longer of course you can either join me in next exercise having already done just shy of 50 reps or continue to complete your 50 reps! It is completely up to you!
A high rep challenge every once in a while is fun!

This was my first ab challenge and I honestly didn't think I would be able to do it. I am happy to say I completed it and I feel great.

I am liking the 1000 rep idea, never gave it much attention before. I do ABS every day and i feel the burn more doing large reps. Again thanks so much for your videos. Your my go to for home workouts. Well defined and to the point Tips as well. Keep the videos coming please!

This is my first time attempting this video and I was able to keep going without stopping until 70% after that I would take small breaks here and there. I really enjoyed this one!
I've done this workout so many times now and it's still my absolute favorite. It's a great way to target your core muscles. Great job!

Caroline 😨🥵 my Hamis were killed yesterday,, my quads died with the HIIT.. Now my hip flexors ran out of juice!
All that said.. I enjoyed this 1000 run for abs.. I lost count all the time but kep going.. I had to pause you at times as you were going slightly faster on some of the moves..
I surely hope that I can function well tomorrow😀..

You are by far the strongest person I've seen! How you do each exercise without breaking form. It's amazing!
About half way through as I was struggling, I asked myself, "why am I doing this?" But the next day when I was super sore I knew it was all worth it!!
oh well, now I know why I kept avoiding this workout. I am not a fan of lying down and working my abs. But I finally did it today! challenging wanted to stop at 500 reps, but I didn't. Thank you Caroline.
Hi Caroline, I have been working out with you since Jan 1st, 2021 and I wanted you to know you are the most outstanding coach I have ever worked out with. You're unbelievably strong and you never give up. I love your workouts, they were so hard for me a few months ago but the determination and good attitude with which you push through them inspires me to keep going too. There is no one like you out here on youtube. You make everything available at no charge and that leaves me with no excuses but to try and keep up. Can you please post what you typically eat in a day? Does it require protein powder to build awesome muscles like yours? I've cut out a lot of sweets and lost 15lb since I met you but I need some inspiration for preparing delicious healthy meals. Thank you so much Caroline for your incredible work! You are superhuman and possibly also a saint.

I have done this a couple of times as time-, not count -exercise. Awesome burn! I must say this is one of the best and most professional videos: the previews, the tips, the countdown and the progress timer are so great. And the cuts are mega professional. On top the great and balanced sequence of exercises made this one of my favorites. PERFECT 👍 Many thanks.

I had sometimes to pause the video to complete the 10 last reps on some movements, but overall I went all the way along, can’t believe it! I thought it would be so hard and painful and it turned out - as each time with Caroline - it is so well thought on every aspect that the workout goes by much quicker than expected. Thank you!

You gotta love the crunches, bicycles, mountain climbers and plank work. The rest they just burn more than above 🔥. Goes really quick actually and defo a challenge. Rewarding though.

This was perfect for me to do with my knee injury Caroline ..It made me feel worked in the best way!!! I had to modify the tucks bc I can’t bend the left knee fully but I think I made some
Harder modifications in these cases!! I also did the new tricep workout .. only u can make me feel worked without doing HIIT!! It’s not the same but I am going to make it work until I can get back fully. Thank u for being the best!!!!
