I love how Spencer is so detail oriented! He will always be thorough in everything he does! Kensey, you are very supportive and help when you are able. With two little ones and a baby on the way, that is a job in itself! But, such a blessing! Proud of you guys! Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! 👒🧤🐸🐢🍀!!!
Wow great job both the spryer and the videographer... like the little helper at the end helping with the floor cleaning... always happy to see what you are doing. Keep up the good job
I think you're meant to move the nozzle faster as you spray. That allows the foam to expand fully, which traps more air and provides better insulation value along with covering more area. If you go too slowly, you won't get as much coverage because you're smothering the base layer of foam with more foam on top before it can absorb all the air it needs.
You are blooming when you are pregnant. Very pretty. It suits you. Thank you for bringing us along for your journey. You all are amazing. God bless you all❤❤❤❤❤
Yes, my favorite UA-cam family! Always great to get to share some fun content with you guys! Spencer can tackle any task and his attention to perfection is amazing! Thanks for posting such enjoyable content!
Footage of you Kenzie is all we need. Well done Spencer for having a go at something you’ve never done before. Those suits don’t breathe very well at all. This is such a great channel, have been here from the first video and still very impressed with what you guys can accomplish.
Just a little hint, I learned a long time ago don't clean the floor before doing jobs like spackle or spray foam the dust on the floor keeps anything from sticking to it. Glad the family is doing good.😊
I’m watching to see you and your family Kinsey, not the technical stuff. So a video with your kiddos and the scenery you shoot makes me very happy. ❤❤❤
Great video Spencer and wife. Good luck with the rest of cabin spray. Good to see the children help clean up after your spray job. Take care of the family and have a wonderful week. David B.,Utah. 🐕💖🇺🇲❤❤❤..
Spencer, there's always a first time for everything. You have been doing a fantastic job on everything. I have followed you all almost from the very beginning of your journey. Kudos, young man!
Love what you guys are doing. There is nothing you can't do as far as I can tell. Like me and my wife it looks like you will always be working on something. It makes us happy.
I put my tank in the kids wagon. They fit perfectly. I did the underneath of the roof for his house. 720 sqft. 14 x 52 manufactured home I completely gutted. Metal roof, 2 x 2 trusses. I used 6 kits of Go Green closed cell. 2 1/2" at outside( wall edges) and 5 1/2 @ center of peak. I am in Arizona durning dead summer 115° hotter than hell. Where you cannot put your bare hand on anything. The underside of the roof, you cannot feel any heat at all. This shit works. Now between the sheetrock and the foam is just a void of dead air. All cross vent are gone. Just empty, still, controlled space. The foam is a vapor barrier, no bullshit needed between the foam and the sheetrock. Start and stop needs to be done with concern or you need to be ready to change out tips. $4500 for 6 kits, worth every $$$
I just got geothermal installed and as part of it, got my attic spray-foamed. For over 20 years, when you went into my attic, if it was 20F outside, it was maybe 30F inside. If it was 90F outside, it was most certainly 100F inside. I don't know about the summer, but so far, even when it's been 20F outside, it's been 60-65F in the attic. Spray foam makes such a difference!
Spencer what a great job! The kids are growing up so fast. You got a lot accomplished can't wait until the next video to see what further progress you have made. Be safe and have a great week.
A squared shovel would help in getting off the dried spray foam, better too since you wouldn't have to bend down. I will be doing my shed this summer so I can get some practice before I do my house.
I’ve seen many others do this exactly the same way and I’ve always wondered, why don’t you fill the entire cavity up to expand the full 3 1/2” to get three times (using simply math) the R Value. I get the cost, but if it’s open why not fill it completely and shave off any excess prior to drywall? Want to do this in my garage and curious.
Great job, Spencer. Make sure you drink some water with all that sweating. I enjoyed seeing the kids helping and hearing them so cute. God bless you guys 🐁🦋
What a lot of work Spencer!! Looks like you did a great job getting everything covered. Hope that it makes your cabin warm up in the mountains! Have a good week. (from Sandi)
Taking a while to heat up is a good thing, means they will take a while to cool down, at least until they get low. I think I would have used foam board in the large areas, and use foam to fill in small areas and cracks. I have watched a lot of videos, and most use 4" fiberglass or foam board in open areas. It will anchor pipes and wires when moving it I suppose.
Years back I did some trailer frame sand blasting, converting them to generator trailers. It was so hot in that suit that I lost 3 pounds the first day. I had an idea to hook up a long flexible air line hose to the suit from my compressor, just cracked the valve open a little and it was like have A/C in the suit. If you do anything like this and you have access I highly recommend it.
You Guy's are something-Awesome I mean. So bright you all are and you add something "good" with each and every breathe you take. You are yourselves...and that's a good thing. Peace all and congratulation on everything -
I've been watching now for several episodes and I totally love you guys...I'm only up to where you first started hanging drywall and I can tell you both you brought tears to my eyes watching you both struggle to lift a sheet to the ceiling and hold it?. Why the he'll didn't you hire a sheet lifter and screw gun? The lifter raises the sheet to the ceiling and holds it in place while you fix it? The gun screws it down and has a magazine with screws to make it easier...love u all...keep up the good work....❤
Even though it's often more difficult that we anticipate (and we frequently learn why people get paid what they do for service work), isn't it so gratifying to complete something yourself? GREAT job!!. . . just like everything else you've tackled. You should receive some sort of honorary construction science degree after all you've accomplished. Thanks for continuing to take us along for your adventures!
Great job I used to run cables in attic into homes and businesses when I was younger and I would remember how soaked my clothes would be covered in insulation. I would use baby powder on my skin so that the insulation wouldn’t stick that help big time but that was for fiberglass so I understand how hot it would get
Your a very good tradesmen, you’ve learned how two skin a cat several ways to get the job done! What a beautiful future for you and your family! Ten stars!❤❤❤❤! Love your videos!
SO much better than the job the pros did! We all remember the trimming and the cleanup you had to do.
I haven't watched their videos in a while! What happened?
I love how Spencer is so detail oriented! He will always be thorough in everything he does! Kensey, you are very supportive and help when you are able. With two little ones and a baby on the way, that is a job in itself! But, such a blessing! Proud of you guys! Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! 👒🧤🐸🐢🍀!!!
Great Job Spencer. I had no idea that spray foam heated up. Stay well hydrated. 😊😊😊💕💕💕🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Forever amazed at how well Spencer does what he does.
Wow great job both the spryer and the videographer... like the little helper at the end helping with the floor cleaning... always happy to see what you are doing. Keep up the good job

No matter how you sometimes doubt yourself Spenser, you always end up doing a great job!!🤩 Lots of love from Gene in Tennessee.
Spencer and McKenzie, Happy Sunday to you and the kiddos. Spray foaming, good for you for taking on such a major task.
I'm so impressed by your willingness to teach yourself new skills.

Just a little hint, I learned a long time ago don't clean the floor before doing jobs like spackle or spray foam the dust on the floor keeps anything from sticking to it.

I’m watching to see you and your family Kinsey, not the technical stuff. So a video with your kiddos and the scenery you shoot makes me very happy. ❤❤❤
Too bad there are weirdos out there, who think they know them and our friends and cross that line.

That looked nasty, but you are doing a job that many of us have only ever seen and never done, so good onya for the attempt, it looks good to me.
how long before someone determines that this foam product is deadly toxic . . . the 'Asbestos' of the 21st century.
You do such neat work, and you have so much patience. Love and prayers from NC
Very nice job. Spencer always does a great job. Loved the kids helping with the clean up. You two are awesome parents.

It's always great watching you, Spencer doing your thing 😂 Things are taking shape
💚ErinGoBragh! The metal cabin is getting ready. Looking good!
Great job guys! Love the family working together… Clean up clean up everybody lend a hand 🖐️
You can spray water on the foam after you're done, will help it cure faster and puff up a little more

Spencer what a great job! The kids are growing up so fast. You got a lot accomplished can't wait until the next video to see what further progress you have made. Be safe and have a great week.
Amazing! You are the first homeowner I’ve seen doing their own spray foam!
I loved how Spencer put on the suit! Best part of the video.
Looking good 👍 👌 😎. Great job Spencer 👍 👏 👌 😀. Even kids approve. Take care Kenzie.

HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY,💚🍀, HAVE A BLESSED DAY AMEN.
MY I SUGGEST CONSTRUCTION PAPER ON THE FLOOR. BUMMER THE KIT DOESN'T COVER AS MUCH AS THEY CLAIM.
Great job, loving the family working together, best to yall have a blessed week.

Great job Spencer, you can turn your hand to anything ❤
Great job, Spencer. Make sure you drink some water with all that sweating. I enjoyed seeing the kids helping and hearing them so cute. God bless you guys 🐁🦋
If was me I would have done it professionally, and spray 3" minimum, but it looks good, nice job.
Love your content this week Dudes. Leprechauns picking up the spillage was the best. Keep on trucking.🤙🖖👍👍👍👍
Great Job !!! Aloha from Napa Valley.
What a lot of work Spencer!! Looks like you did a great job getting everything covered. Hope that it makes your cabin warm up in the mountains! Have a good week. (from Sandi)

It’s possible that it’s taking more foam than you thought it should because the surfaces are corrugated and therefore have more surface area to cover.
I think it’s more of a volume issue? (It normally expands a lot more than that in my experience?)
This makes a lot of sense to me.
8:00 Darth Vader moment "I am your father Luke" lol 🤣🤣🤣
Holy Cow. I about spit my mouth full of coffee out laughing when you jumped into that spray suit. Wonderful.
You guys are doing great 😅 I have been watching you from the beginning. Truly enjoy your show! Keep up the good work!
Great progress!!! 🥰🎶❤️🎶❤️🎶🏡🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
The foaming spray process is very interesting. Thank you for sharing the shipping container construction technique
quote of the day, "seriously, you look good", what every man needs, the appreciation of his woman.. love this content..
Of course you've never done this before, But look at how much you have taught yourself over the last few years. You 2 are amazing..

Great Body Spencer, I understand Kensie remark.
