Heard that you can do just the roof to prevent condensation or at least keep it off the ceiling and worse case it is only on the walls?

Put a 42/42 mixing chamber in that gun instead of the 52/52 will look a lot better

It's my understanding that shipping container floors are treated with pesticides, insecticide and fumigants, which are harmful to human health. What steps do you take to mitigate or remove those hazards? Thanks.

I wonder if sealing those chemicals with a couple of thick coats of varathane or varnish, then protected with an interlocking hardware maple, beech or oak floor would make it healthy? One thing for sure is, this sprayed insulation can be highly toxic if applied during the wrong temperature. I forget the details. I think it doesn't cure properly or thoroughly if applied during too high a temperature. And of course I don't think it can be applied anywhere near freezing? I assume it needs to be sealed from breathing living space if intended to live in a container. If it's just for storage and the intention is to control or better still, eliminate condensation, then you probably have many more flexible options of what is considered a finished job.
To my mind, (but I'm still in the info gathering and learning stage) an ideal process would be to have 2 wood framed walls. The inside with PT, and rock wool insulation. The outside with PT and sprayed foam insulation and very well sheathed to protect from any stray sun's rays. Vapour barrier on inside warm wall, then covered in whatever..tongue and groove white pine would be one of my choices, and a cedar covered ceiling.
As for the floor underneath, I wonder if spray foam entire under area, then sheath in tongue and groove PT or BG (below grade) plywood to ensure a warm floor and decades of rodent proofing/corrosion from dampness.
I think all roof area should be sloped or peaked roof and free to breath well like any other house attic roof, sealed from animals of course.
Does all or any of this sound about right to you guys?

Id check to see if the rock wool absorbes moisture because its organic there is a good chance it will.
Id say fibreglass insulation would be better to avoid condensation.
(I know the wool is better generally just maybe not for that specific situation)

Pretty sure you want to frame that out before you spray foam it.
