So much 'building grade' stone just laying around on site... Great size, and the shapes aren't bad either. Conversely, you could also use some of it, to 'face' drainage ditches too, to improve flow efficiency. I'd say that french drains are definitely called for, particularly around where your home-site is, and for any outbuildings as well. I don't know which of you is choosing the music for your videos, but you're doing an exceptional job. Motivational and inspiring, without being obnoxious. Great job!

Wow! Everything looks great! Maybe, because you do have a creek, you could build a small pool to collect water. I saw something similar in “Project Kamp”. They also have small creek that in some period of year (rainy season) have water. It cold make it easier to collect water 💦 Love you guys ❤

You should have plenty of wood for the wood burner and camp fires. Are you going to have a storm cellar under or near the cabin, or just strap it down since it is solid? Looks like an excellent location for a future dam for a pond/ lake and longer water supply. Even if it didn't hold water permanently, it would hold water when it did rain...
