3:54 unable to see this "install or udate language pack or whatever the hell it is". The deal is that my OS is for one language only, cannot change it to English (Windows 8)
when i click the option it did not show download and install language pack. it shows searching for update. i downloaded manually the language pack but it gives error when installed. please help.
