I love the simplicity and pure friendship bond shown in the video and how you both acknowledge the little things in life.
Milestone I'm grateful for: After college I was stuck working at a restaurant as a host for 2 years. I felt like I was so behind and I received my education for nothing making 8.25 hr. I then moved into an admin position due to the pandemic making $10 an hour. I worked that for a year and a half still living at home. It was very hard not to compare myself to my peers.
Finally at the age of 27, I was able to land a position going from 11hr (because of my raise lol) to making 6 figures. I was able to move out and not feel the hardship of budgeting my groceries and trying to figure out if I can make my payments on time. Even though I was late to the game, I'm so appreciative in where I am now knowing how hard it used to be for me. Even though it took me a bit longer to land on my feet, I still made it.

Proud of you guys and happy to see your achievements. Hard work definitely pays off and the sky's the limit at this point. Love the new apartment by the way :) . I think the biggest milestone for me was that I graduated from nursing school and passed my NCLEX examination so now I just need to apply and enter the workforce. Once again, congrats!

I used to pay 2000$ for one bedroom apartment in woodside ( queens) . Rent is crazy high in New York, thankfully now I’m living in a house 🏡 in Virginia. But honestly,your studio apartment is very nice and cozy

Milestone this year - Finishing college with a full time job lined up next year at a major bank. Also broke up with my first girlfriend and learning to become better each day, one small step at a time

Milestone I am proud of: This year I spent 6 months as a digital nomad living and working from South Korea and Australia. It was the best decision I ever made and I got to really live. I'm so proud of myself for taking that leap of faith.
This years biggest milestone would be getting my postgraduate degree as a social nurse and starting my career with my dream job as a school nurse

a milestone i am proud of is that i passed my ancc fnp boards last month! i am also very very thankful be a murse in the bay area, to be able to pay things…like example my water pipesat my parents house leaked and it cost 10k to fix, and its does hurt then wallet a bit, but i know i can regain this back with some ot at the hospital. other people have it much worse, i am very fortunate and blessed. i feel like i discovered you guys during the pandemic in 2020 and seen you guys grow! i went to nyc for the first time in may and loveeeddd it. hope i’ll be able to grab food or bump into you guys one of these days when im in nyc!

My most significant milestone this year is me leaving my old job of 7 years as a home furnishing visual merchandiser, to working in a skincare/beauty industry. Though I’m still working as a VM, but stepping into a whole new industry still gives me lots of mixed feelings and pressure, many steep learning curves 🥹 but then again…it also means growth! So all is good 😌✌🏻

Beautiful view! It must be an awesome feeling to reflect on where you were at and then be able to have your own apt after working hard in school and work. Milestone for me was paying off my student loans last yr and quitting my day job exactly the beginning of 2023 so I can expand my practice. Doing full time private practice and not working for anyone else! Hoping to buy my own property soon! :)

Came to the US with nothing at the age of 19, luckily I had a place to stay at my parents’ $400/month apartment. Worked my ass off doing nails, hair, and bartending and got myself an engineering degree. Now I have a beautiful 4000 sqft house in DC and additional rental property. Still working on how to make my parents retire and take care of them, but I have hope.
