    I have to problems doing squats:
    Can’t do without open my knees to the side
    And can’t go deep without bend my torso foward (unless i’m on a smith machine so i can relly on the bar to force myself straight)…
    Is this just a way to do or should i look to ways (or strenght something) to contain this little moves?

      Usually there is two reason: hip mobility & ankle mobility why you cannot do squats properly. There are two videos explaining ankle mobility & also hip mobility. Check them out.
