Pendulum swings! I don’t see too many exercises with this movement. It makes sense to help get the stabilizer muscles strengthen!!
You can also just use dumbbells or kettlebells but the resistance-band make it a little more challenging

After pregnancy, I still haven't managed to get my abdomen back to its previous shape. I'm trying to start LPF-Vacuum to minimize diastasis. What exercises can I do?

I have to problems doing squats: Can’t do without open my knees to the side And can’t go deep without bend my torso foward (unless i’m on a smith machine so i can relly on the bar to force myself straight)… Is this just a way to do or should i look to ways (or strenght something) to contain this little moves?
Usually there is two reason: hip mobility & ankle mobility why you cannot do squats properly. There are two videos explaining ankle mobility & also hip mobility. Check them out. Thank you both. Will definitely use the bodyweight exercise during the good days of RA symptoms. It's a struggle at times to keep functionality of the lower body with RA, so these exercises will definitely help.

Interesting; know anything for ski training. (finding stuff to train for skiing in texas is a pain)
Skiing involves a lot of core, stabilizer & stability strength
