Losing weight is the hardest thing i have ever done. My heart goes out to each and every person struggling with junk addiction to white sugar, flour and the huge porptions and cravings created by consuming these poisons unworthy of the name food.
@John Fuckyour mom You have on top of that medications or those things that pretend to be for health benefits. Especially the ones aimed at kids. Those gummi type vitamin things are heavily advertised as good but are like 90% sugar. May as well start stock piling the diabetes medication and pull the kids teeth now.

Overweight no. Morbidly obese yes. Becoming overweight is super easy. Depends on the person. You can become overweight by going on too many dates with your partner because it's always at a restaurant

They arent addicted to getting bigger they are addicted to the feeling they get when they eat which is all they see and fail to see that harm it does. Some people are like that and others are the opposite, when something traumatic that causes my anxiety to flare up happens i dont eat my feelings i drink my feelings not using alcohol though i drink soda or what have you, energy drinks are my addiction though i know i cant have to many of them or my anxiety gets bad
I can relate to these people. I was about 520 pounds. And I barely could walk. And I found a doctor that could do my surgery. I had to prove to myself and my doctor I could loose weight. I lost 50 pounds and kept it off. And in 2003 I had stomach surgery. I had the Lap Band Surgery. And now I have a lot of skin hanging from my waste to my knees. I’m now 220. I’m waiting to see a doctor for skin removal surgery

I know but I take into account that food is a drug that makes them feel emotionally stable. and food addiction is way different since we actually need food to live.
Having had the surgery myself 9 years ago, I can state without doubt that the surgery is the easy part of the journey. Weight loss STARTS with the surgery, it's not a miracle cure. You HAVE to do it yourself.

I’m like the opposite of the mom who has her kid to everything. But I don’t think that’s a good thing. I know I need to give my kid more responsibility bc she needs to learn these life skills. I have been pushing myself to push her and she now has to unload the dishwasher and clean the tub. I’m teaching her to do laundry as well. I realized doing everything for my kid was actually harmful, and that now that’s she’s a teenager I got to get on it.

I can't see a situation where first responders want to spend any extra time having to cut into one's walls attempting to extract anyone into emergency vehicles for care.
Weighed 135 or so most of my life. 5’5”. At 40, major issues with circulation in legs. Could barely walk. At 48, early menopause.
At 62, and a widow, I was up to 220. Could drink water and put on weight. Had gastric sleeve surgery done. BEST decision of my life. Today, I am 73... 148 lbs.
paid for both my son and daughter’s surgeries. They came from short, stout, German stock. Son was 280.... now around 220. Daughter... after two kids... was 220. Now 160. All 3 of us are much healthier.
To me, this was an investment in my children’s and grandchildren’s futures.
Not a one of us had the right metabolism, thyroid, whatever. So please seek help.

Some of their loved ones are into it, others are just trying to be nice. Some things are harder to recognize, your mother is addicted to cocaine and has no intention of coming off it, you know that even if she doesn’t want one she needs an intervention and that if you love her you’ll give her one, even if she’s crying and says she’s ashamed of herself you’re doing what’s best for her. Ok, now your mother is obese, she’s addicted to an unhealthy lifestyle and has no intentions of changing it but you try to give her an intervention and she starts crying, it’s harder for you now isn’t it? Especially because the fat pride crowd says you’re a horrible person for trying to help her. Where’s the cocaine pride crowd? Doesn’t exist yet.

jog/run 2 miles on cardarine and use a greg doucette diet plan. Protein pancakes with no sugar icecream and syrup. Low calorie dense foods that taste good.

i’m like 205 right now (i’m 9 months pregnant and have gained about 40 pounds during the pregnancy) and cannot WAIT to go back to the gym. these people are honestly just motivation at this point. i feel huge, i can’t even imagine being 600+
I had my twins two weeks ago and had also gained 40 lbs. I’m not back to my pre-pregnancy just yet but let me tell you, it feels really nice for a lot of it to be gone 😭
