    Hey Celest, You are suppose to jump straight into it. Apparently it's possible, I'm not quite there yet! hahaha Thanks for your great videos.

      +Celest Pereira thank you, if you don't mind as well if I ask you what is the best (and not hard☺) exercise for opening chest and shoulder, I'm struggle to do wheel, my chest just won't open

    Hey Celest, my hands and feet tend to slip away while practicing. How can I avoid that? Greetings from Germany 💕

      +Juliellaaa wear long sleeves and long leggings. Also use the foot more powerfully as a hook :)
