yes this works and I dont know why I keep reading that there is little evidence that this works which is why I didn't try it for so long. I've been doing this for almost two months now and I can definitely say that yes this works

I think they are caused by fat loss along with the effects of gravity during ageing. There's also the bone loss to contend with...Also, any way to recreate some fullness in the lips?

Absolutely, and you are correct that we unfortunately contend with the inevitable elements of aging, however regular facial exercise has the same effect as regular physical exercise, you can see incredible results no matter your age! I just cam across your channel. I am a 54 year old woman and I am seeing a lot of changes on my chin area. Will this help to tighten the chin area? I am doing several to in hopes it will help. I am also doing some other yoga techniques and I heard from another instructor on you tube that these type of exercises are not good bc they stretch out your skin blah blah. Hi Niki! I am not sure who it was or if they were specifically talking about me, but I can assure you as an fitness professional I put a lot of time and research into the videos I provide (this is why I don't release lots of videos, I try to go for quality over quantity) and you can rest assured that these exercises will not stretch the skin. If her theory was correct, then anyone who practices yoga would have droopy skin all over! Stretching the body doing yoga/pilates strengthens and tones the muscles, and as it goes for your face too. I appreciate your curiosity and also your dedication, and of course you want to know that you are doing what is best for you too so I am glad you asked! Keep it up Niki and thank you for watching xx

Wasn't about you specifically but stated that she sees lots of instructors online teaching similar moves where you stretch your lip down and that she doesn't recommend that bc it would make you look more stretched out and thus older. Regardless, I have been doing your moves since I found them and I am seeing an improvement so I will keep going with it. Hi Lisa, I started doing these exercises and noticed my lower chin is more detached now, more sagging. Is this normal at the beginning? I should say that I have a short lower jaw, maybe it's not recommended in my case? I really hope you responde to my question as I was really hoping these exercises work on my favor. This was a great video. Can you tell me what mewing is? I thought mewing was moving the mouth in fast motions. Is it just keeping your tongue placed along the roof of the the mouth?
Hi Kim! Mewing is very simple, it is just the correct positioning of the tongue within the mouth for optimal jaw position and posture for not only optimal health, but also to make the most of your facial features! A face the is in it's optimal alignment is at it's best. Simply follow the steps at the end of this video and keep practicing that as much as you can. The idea is that eventually this becomes its natural position and it comes as easily and effortlessly as breathing! This is especially important for mouth breathers and those who snore at night, I've heard some incredible results! Also, if it is of special interest, the book "Jaws: The story of a hidden epidemic" is a fascinating read. Thank you for watching! x

Not at all, you would have to be using very heavy weights to get thicker muscles, this will just keep the muscles flexible and toned x
