I'd prefer to see Traton actually bring some cabover trucks over here. I've always liked the looks of the Scania euro cabovers. With all the foreign drivers out here and the younger generations like myself entering the industy. I'd think something new like Euro cabovers could do well. This new powertrain is interesting at least. Curious to see how it perfoms over time.
We’re getting them here in Canada soon. They passed all their crash tests and aero/ emissions tests. There’s already a dealer setup in Quebec just waiting for them to start coming in for sale. I don’t think we’re going to get the V8 just the I6. Still wicked trucks
Detroit is made by their main competitor Daimler Trucks, so that will never happen. Cummins is the only “freelancer” so maybe it will be available when much power is needed, or they maybe just offer the Scania V8 for this application

Scania is the top European brand for trucks. If we can basically buy a Scania in America now then thats a win.

The scania power train or man trucks
Give up on that thought just use cummins and try get detroit on board
That's what I was thinking
Better go drive a Scania before commenting. The trucks are like chalk and cheese compared to anything Paccar produces.

They need to focus on having a better truck lol because these lt trucks just bounce all over the road it’s not safe to be honest lol.
