- This simple Raid farm design is by far the best XP farm in Minecraft 1.19 due to its practical use on singleplayer AND multiplayer servers and because of the wide variety of resources it can provide!

A lot of the pillagers are getting stuck on the platforms above the drop down. Any advice?
Try making sure that the rings are placed 1.5 blocks away from each other vertically, leaving no 2 block gaps for pillagers to walk through :)
@@Ro11enYT mine is built exactly like yours, but pillagers get stuck on the middle platform next to the boat and also ravagers spawn. the problem is that nothing pushes them off of the middle floating platform that the boat is on, so they all just stay there

For me the raid bar shows and loads to the end, but when it gets to the end nothing spawns and the bar goes away
It work like a charm! One small advise, place torches so a creeper doesnt blow up your build(like me)
Very difficult to follow, little to no explanation on everything except "build this", and worst of all, vexes will spawn even if you build the safer version with the chest. Luckily, you can still escape the farm and they will all despawn, but I do not recommend people to build this one, especially in hardcore.

By the time I swim up through the water elevator, the raid bar completely fills to the end, then disappears a second or three before I get up there, and I'm left with ZERO spawns. Please help!
the raid bar is supposed to disappear cuz it glitches the raid mechanic, not sure what's not working? make sure theres no possible spawning locations outside of the farm!

doesnt work raids dont spawn its gets cancelled by the time i get to the top
For anyone who built this already and it doesn't work: I got it to work perfectly
First: Get rid of the whole middle 3x3 platform with the slab and boat because this is useless anyways (you will still repeatedly get "bad omen" just by killing the flag guys in the drop area
Also, replace the slab floor of the bottom with solid blocks so they can spawn in the bottom instead where the drop hole is (replace the trapdoor w a solid block too bc you wont need to come up here) Leave the outer slabs so they cant fall off the platform
Second: instead of straight up placing the water at the top, place a dispenser with a redstone path connecting it to a lever in the drop room, and with a water bucket in the dispenser you can turn the dispenser on and off to toggle the water, pushing the mobs into the drop hole when they have spawned (face dispenser to the block where u originally put water)
Third: For the ravagers who cant fall down, simply put a lava bucket 3 blocks above the drop hole so that only they will run into it and die above the drop hole, (make the lava stay there in one block by using signs similar to how u block water)
How do you stop the ravangers from spawning? Its ruining my whole farm? Please help!
you can drop down to the bottom after each raid and they will despawn.

So I made this and it worked for a while but now the raids won't start even though Iv got bad omen does anyone know why?

would this work on a 1.20.1 forge server?
general consensus seems to be this design needs some updating and/or fixing. maybe you could do an updated design to fix the problems people have with it and/or disclose that this design doesn't work the best?

Bro this shit breaks to easy, like when I go up there to kill the captain there are so many of them there, and there are ravagers there witch 2 hit me
Edit: Also it only lasts 1 wave
You have to drop back down every time to despawn ravagers and start another wave
Here's my opinion on this build and the video.
It works, but it barely does its job. Trying to follow along the video was extremely difficult and confusing due to weirdly and randomly placed edits and unmentioned changes in the build and video. The speedlapse while building is way too fast and disorienting, and a lot of times it's in critical parts of the build where you really need it to be slow, (the very beginning of the build and the spawn platform). The build is incredibly cheap, which isn't a complaint, but it lacks essential safety. If the idea was to reliably and constantly use this build, you will need to already have maxed out armor and weapons. You will get swarmed by vexes, and even if you place boats on the top of the glass box, you will still get swarmed. The spawn box completely disregards the existence of Ravagers, which makes them not drop down and in result, it causes them to get stuck and trap other raiders with them.
TLDR, is it worth it? No.

fr i’ve never seen a captain before and I wouldn’t try it, there’s a enderman farm and all you need is an endermite and put it in a minecart, use that one it works perfect

I have looting 3 on my sword but the drops are garbage. 5+ raids and barely 40 emeralds and no totems. I'm out in the middle of the ocean, I don't see any outside spawns, I don't understand the problem

I believe you need to make sure your villager takes the job and becomes a farmer
the ravangers keep falling so the raid wont end

I just spend multiple hours gathering resoureses and building this raid farm and Not a single raider is spawning. Please there is a way to fix this and save multiple hours of work.
I made the area where your supposed to stand to kill the raiders 1 block further back so I have a bit more space and I made sure to use slabs and I also placed carpet on the glass above me so they cant spawn there either. But It just wont work the raid bar appears and then dis-appears but no raiders spwan.
I should probably also tell all of you that that I am on 1.16.5 and playing on a modded world

I have to say one of the worst tutorials I've ever looked at almost nothing is explained, everything happens very quickly and in the end the farm doesn't even work properly
And I don't get any totems because they don't spawn
true lol it seems like the actual design of the farm is just not that good, theres nothing to push the mobs off of the middle platform, and nothing is done about ravagers so they just clog up the farm and prevent even more pillagers from falling down
