Marion I love your channel and it is my goto for recipes. I am a single guy in the Uk (and coming to BKK and Thailand for a month in January!!), but need your help. I have a Tefal 10 in 1 rice cooker with a BAKE setting, so do you think I can cook a crackling pork joint on bake in it? I feel I do not need a Air Fryer so as an alternative to the main fan oven, would a rice Multi cooker work? I would love to do belly pork in it too with a crispy skin.

If you don't have a barbecue can you do it in an oven?
You’ll get the same texture, just not the same flavour. But yes you can. Follow the same times and temps in the recipe in your oven 😃
